Work

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 Cm. in depth but exceeding 1.50 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge 2.1.1 all kind soil 0.30 m & Above SOR 2021-22 Earth work 2.6.1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade ecluding th cost of centring and shuttering all work upto plingth level 1:3:6 (1 cement, 3 coarse sand and 6 stone ballast 40 mm as per SOR( 2021-22) 4.1.8

Class-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and Coarse sand of fineness modulus mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material, labour T&P etc required proper completion of work. but in super-structure, including necessary cutting and moulding of brick work as required and including honey comb brick work, thickness of wall of one brick thick As per SOR 2021-22 (6.1.1)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade ecluding th cost of centring and shuttering all work upto plingth level 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 coarse sand and 4 stone grit 20 mm as per SOR( 2021-22) 4.1.3

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 cement coarse sand mortor as per SOR chapter 15 plaster and pointing 13.5.1

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) SOR 5.2.2

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete SOR 5.9.2

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. As per SOR 5.22.6

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Tachnical Specification Clause 401
