Taking down Cement plaster on brick walls built in cement mortar including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc omplete all as specified and as directed. Engr-in-Charge .

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specifed as direted by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal exising teratment from old surface of wall by scrubbing with hard brushing, brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smook soot mould moss and efforescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots as applicable and washing with water & applying two coat of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolation Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified .

S & F in replacement precast fibre reinforced cement concrete drain cover including grove and hook arrangement for lifting and placing in position and sides covered by MS sheet medium duty of overall Size 1000mmx500mmx75mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement , including forms, moulds mitred/stopped ends etc.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded stone agg as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in Cm 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class B bricks of old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in half brick walls, in CM 1:4 compolete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping and similar work incl necessary form work to obtain a smooth finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level).

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete PU coated colour interlocking paver block any shape and size, with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 5658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundations including watering and consolidation

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floor apron etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm Granite (any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps,jambs,pillars window-cill,cooking platforms , wall linning vetical face and incl 15mm thick screed bed using marble dust with admixture in CM (1:4) with pointing and white cement (1:2) of pigment to match with shade of granite all as spd.

S&F Endura colours paving tiles 300cm X 300cm x 15-20mm double charged digital printed with gloss, polished matt finished jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggreate)in sub base, filling and mass concrete

Demolition of concrete (rainforcement) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

S&F precast cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregates) louvres and jallies, 50mm thick set in CM (1:4) (measured solid), for fixing of RCC Jallies in vertically & horizontally and complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Providing precast ce- ment concrete in win- dow or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks, coping/post of size 600x100x50 mm suitable for fixing of RCC Jallies in vertically & horizontally including necessary moulds and grooves as required in shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra grinding mirror polished (four cut) of dhoulpur stone as wall and skirting/Dado complete all as specified & directed.

Dismentling asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roof fixed with L hook or cranked bolt.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 Sqcm and over in section, in any position unframed work complete, all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description such as guard bars, grills etc.

S&F galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straning and fixing to fencing post with staple or steel pins etc Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (Steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work or masonry and making good disturbed surfaces.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out soft/loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel rolled section or hollow pipes( square or round pipe) as in main and cross beam, hip and jack rafter, purlins or vertical post where connected to common rafter and running rails fixed with cleat or other connecting plates etc. complete all as specifed and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding/ridges/gutter to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F high quality zinc coated GI Chain link fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm made of GI wire dia not less than 3mm and fix with column with nut or bolts and strengtheing with 10mm TMT bars, conforing to standard grade steel complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Payment of TMT bar shall be made in seperate items in this Schedule. (ii) The Engr-in-Charge along with rep of contractor shall verify the weight mesh and submit the copy along with photographic eveidence along with RAR and Purchase Voucher. (iii) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of Nut bolt required.

S&F mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F MS Screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or squre head and one end screwed or srewed both ends each screwed ends to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or squre nut, not exceeding 5 Cm long of 10 mm dia of shank Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as in roof kerbs, or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, coping Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar in any position including segregating serviceable/unserviceable bricks/stones Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
