Part A (Rejuvation of storage tank)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sum on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter. All kinds of soils

Earth work excavation for Sedimentation cum storage tank including disposal of excavated earth to be disposed outside of head works boundary. If earth is to be disposed at more than 200 M distance than distance separate payment for each lead beyond 200M distance will be payable as per PWD BSR effective from 01.01.2005. Disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed including stacking of useful material if any available during excavation for all kind of soil. Earth work to be carried out by means of mechanical system i.e. “Tractor craw” are any other mechanical system. No extra payment shall be made for lift of any limit. This work also involves dressing of sides and bottom of lining purposed which is be done manually, slope of sides is to be maintained as per specification and drawing.

Silt clearance from Sedimentation cum storage tank with lift upto 4.5 Mtr. and lead upto 50 Mtr. Silt to be disposed outside of Headworks Boundaries. Disposed silt to be levelled and neatly dressed including stacking of useful material if any available during excavation for all kind of soil. Silt to be carried out by means of mechanical system i.e. Tractor craw/Trolly or any other mechanical system. No extra payment shall be done for lift of any limit. This work also involves dressing of bottom purposed which is to be done mannually to be maintained as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Add :- Extra for every additional lead up to 1 KM.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meter lead.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

“Preparing surface leveled and dressed to proper slope and lying over it tibba sand properly rammed and watered in to layers of 5cm each. Providing & lying ISI marked 250 micron LDPE film as per ISS : 2508-1984 including interlocking by using thermal welding or ultrasonic welding are sealing tapes on the finished surface compacted tibba sand. LDPE film to be anchored in parapet/Toe wall or any other structure etc as per direction. Over the LDPE film 15mm thick cement bajri mortar 1:3 shall be provided & laid. Over this mortar single layer Ist class flat brick lining in cement bajri mortar 1:3 shall be provided with joints not more than 8mm wide.
