Repair/maint of water leakage from 150mm bore of CI/DI pipe line & pipe joint in ground and open carefully the joint portion of the of the pipe line duly excavated the trench and burning out the defective run lead joint in existing of CI pipe/fitting and provision of new lead joint in site using the retrieved lead as obtaining from burning out of joint and adding of fresh lead if required to make the joint 100% water leak proof including returning, filling and ramming the excavated materials after satisfactory, joint/leak chacking all as directed. Note : - The jointing material i.e rubber gasket, run lead shall be measured and paid separately in relevant Sch 'A' items.

Supply, lowering and fixing in replacement of GI Column pipe heavy duty flanged & drilled ISI marked 80 mm bore, as per IS-1239, 3 Mtr long, GI flange 12mm thick, slots cutting in flanges for passing of submersible cable including all jointing material such as bolts, nuts, washers & packing sheet and connecting compete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for development of tube well for improvement of water yield by 630 CFM compressor including taking out existing submersible pump set complete with pipe and cable and lowering the same after water yield improvement including necessary T&P and minor spare parts complete all as specified.

M & L for lifting of submersible pumping set of any capacity from deep bore well of any depth with chain and pulley/machine plant arrangement including lowering down the submersible pump set after repair complete all as specified and directed. Note: All break downs should be done with in 24 hours without any interpution of water supply system to troops. If not rectified with in time period will be arrange alternate suitable capacity of submersible pump set up to complete the break down and the coplete job cost is deemed in this quoted rate.

M & L for opening the defective submersible pump set and motor of 5 HP to 12.5 HP repairing the same by replacing the unserviceable parts including machine/ lathe work and re-assembling the pump set in original position with required insulating material to make it fully functional complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- All spare parts as required for repair/overhauling shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Schedule 'A' and the spares should be suitable to as per above existing model & make.

Material and labour for dismantling the centrifugal/booster pump set and motor capacity of 5 HP to 25 HP from the foundation after disconnection of water and electric connection, transporting the pump to the workshop for replacement of unserviceable/worn out parts and reassembling same and the pump motor fixing on the foundation making proper allignment of pump set and motor making water and electric connection testing, commissioning with two coats of suitable painting complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge . Note:- All spare parts as required for repair/overhauling shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Schedule 'A' and the spares should be suitable to as per above existing model & make.

M & L for openinng the centrifugal pump set of capacity 5.00 to 25 HP including taking down/out the burnt winding wire cleaning the slots,rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge,weight etc,repairing the same by replacing the unserviceable parts including machine/lathe work and re- assembling the pumpset in original position with required insulating material to make it fully functional complete all as specified and as directed.

(b) Washing with clean water thoroughly complete tank internally and finally cleaning with bleaching powder. (c) writing date of cleaning on the sump.

M&L for cleaning of semi under ground sump of storage capacity of water up to 30000 gallons thoroughly by removing mud, dirt etc. from the sump by the following method complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Cleaning inner surface of the tank by scraping with steel wire brushes and removing mud and sludge collected in and outside of the tank and removing sludge to a distance not exceeding 50 meter. (b) Washing with clean water thoroughly complete tank internally and finally cleaning with bleaching powder. (c) writing date of cleaning on the sump.

Taking out old UNSV cable and supply & laying underground cable in trenches/existing cable duct/ cable tray, PVC heavy duty electric cable with copper conductor sizes of 25 sqmm single core confirming to IS : 7098 (Pt-I) 1988 and copper lugs for connecting cable at end of motor & starter complete all as indicated and as directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6M mean radius built in CM (1:4) as in brick pillar of required size and shape to support the pipe line including demolition of old brickwork & removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick with cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work / concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for spray painting (including bringing compressor of suitable size at site) old painted steel or iron surface of (12.5 to 35 KVA) DG set complete with engine, alternator, radiator, exhaust hood and other satandard fittings & attachments (excluding diesel tank) as per existing colour scheme and pattern with atleast one coats of synthetic enameled paint after duly preparing the surface by cleaning with scrapers and emrey paper to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge all as specified.

M & L for spray painting (including bringing compressor of suitable size at site) old painted steel or iron surface of centrifugal pumping set 5 to 25 HP complete with motor, pump, base frame and other satandard fittings & attachments as per existing colour scheme and pattern with atleast one coats of synthetic enameled paint after duly preparing the surface by cleaning with scrapers and emrey paper to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge all as specified.

M&L for Servicing of DG set upto 35 KVA of any make at Khanpur Army camp by taking out U/S spares, Cleaning by brushing to remove dust including cleaning of filter,Checking of all nuts, bolts tightening whereever necessary, check up engine oil level, coolant level and Labour for top up if necessary, adjustment belt tension,Tuning of engine, adjustment of speed, alternator voltage, frequency etc greasing oiling and checking For smooth functioning of DG Set. Note :- 1. Any spares,Engine oil,coolant,unserviceable spares required to be replaced shall be measured paid for separately under respective items. 2. Minor spares like nuts,bolts etc cost up to Rs 200 shall be included in the rate quoted above
