Construction of Multipurpose Hall at Mela ground Charkhari near goverdhan temple

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soli(loam clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5 meter(5ft) and lead upto 30m (100ft) and including filling, watering &ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of suplus earth as direction by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30m(100ft) from the foundation trenches.

Earth work in filling in plinth of ordinary soil including 3.0 Kms cartage, loading unloading etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for pre-constructional antitermite treatment and creating and chamical bariier under and arround the column pits wall trenches basement excavation top surface if plinth filling junction of wall and floor, along the external perimeter of binding expansion joints, surrounding of pipes and conduit etc. complete (plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per I.S. 6313 (Part II 1981) approved material such as Hepthachlor or chlordane will be used. The rate of application of chemical emulsion shall be as follows.

Supplying laying of Sand in foundation or plinth including all materials, labour and toos and plants etc.required for proper completion of the work.

Cement concrete with 4cm(1/2) gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand. Cement in the proportion 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour and toos and plants etc.required for proper completion of the work.

Random course Rubble massonary in 1:4 cemet and fine sand mortar in foundation nad plinth, plinth including supply of all materials, labour and toos and plants etc. Required for proper completion of the work.

RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4’’) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1½:3 in lintels of door and windows,excluding supply of reinforcement and ist binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.I wire and including necessary cantering and suttering etc and also including supply of all materials, labour and tool and plnats etc.required for proper completion of the work binding wire to be supplied by the contactor free of coast.

Mild srteel of iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete/ brick work (when not included in over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary of the work and including supply of steel, its wastage and hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured.

Class-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus mortar fine foundation an plinth including supply of all materials, labour and toos and plants etc. Required for proper completion of the work.

Supply of M.S. Angle iron door, windows ventilation frame made of approved M.S. angle iron wroght to required form including drilling hole, welding and recetting where necessary and also including supply of all material, such as steel hinges of required size, nut & bolts etc. and also including all taxes, wastage and one coat of red oxide paint complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge for proper completion of work at site of work.

Providing sal wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).

Supply and fixing of 40mm (1½") thick commercial quality Sitapur ply or other approved plywood flush shutters including stops and including fixing and adjustment of hinges, bolts, locks handles springs and/or other fittings but excluding their supply and including painting with two coats of black japan on all Iron fittings if necessary and including fixing the glass panes with putty and brad glass to be 4mm thick fitting with necessary screw to be supplied depertmentally.

Apprpoximate cost of and alluminium fittings with screws for doors and windows etc

12mm thick plaster on brick work minimum thickness not less than 10 mm with 1 part of cement and 2 part of find sand of 1.25 fineness modulus.

Making drip coarse in subshades or facia item as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including supply of all materials, labours tools and plant etc. for proper completion of work.

Cement concrete with 20mm (1/2) gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand. Cement in the proportion 3:1½:1 including supply of all materials, labour and toos and plants etc.required for proper completion of the work.

Painting or venshing new iron work in small areas or new wood with one coat ( up to one sq. meter) of raedy mixed priming paint and three coat of approved superior quilty ready misxed paint or varnish including supply of all materials,labuor and tools plant etc.requred for proper completion of the work.paint to be used should confirm the ISI no-103-1950.

Supply & Fixing of 10 cm internal PVC pipe comlete with rose haed.bends ms clamps 2.5cm×3mm fixed to walls by 15 cm long 6mm dia nails and including repair of plaster/pointing etc. if damages during fixing of the pipes, including coast of all material, labours,tool and plants etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing and laying of 8 to 10 mm thick ivory or light shade vitrified tiles of 600 mm x 600 mm size in flooring or skirting laid with 1:3 cement morter (1cement, 3 coarse sand) finishing with cement sturry & with pigment grouting & polishing complete I/C S/O all material, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work exculuding base contrete.

Supply and fixing 150 mm round or Hex agonal box complete with 12 mm dia round bar complete with all material labour T&P etc. proper completion of work.

Painting with plastic pant and putti including all complete.

Providing and laying of Graite stone in flooring or skirting laid with 1:3 cement morter (1cement, 3 coarse sand) finishing with cement sturry & with pigment grouting & polishing complete I/C S/O all material, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work exculuding base contrete.

Supply & fixing galvanzad mosquitos proof heavy quality iron wire gauge or expended metal heavy quality over windows & including supply of C.P. Teak wood battens 8cm. x 1cm. (3"x3/8") and including supply and fixing of necessary screws, all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and fixing of Inaguration BG stone including all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of works as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Add 2.75 % on Total for electrification work
