Repairs/ replacement of seat frame made out of IInd class hard wood duly black painted and caned Godrej pattern for tubular steel chair CB with arms of overall size of seat frame 450x450mm, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repairs/ replacement of back frame made out of IInd class hard wood duly black painted and caned Godrej pattern for tubular steel chair CB with arms of overall size of seat frame 450x380mm, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of hand rest made of second class hard wood (Godrej pattern) duly painted with black enamel paint as per existing size for tubular steel chair CBA with arms rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair/replacement of Flat iron strips 20mm x 3mm, two in numbers in each seat and back, shall be welded to frame of chair, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of unserviceable shelves from locker steel and supply and fix of new shelves made out of 1.00mm thick MS steel of same shape and size as old one all as per specification mentioned in drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing of existing old unsv bottom legs from locker without disturbing the adjacent part and S & F of new bottom channel based legs with the locker steel all as per specification mentioned in drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Welding to broken joints at top and bottom smoothly to make correct shape and size with Gas welding

Replacement of existing missing/unsv conduit pipe with new 20mm dia M S sheet chromium plated conduit pipe with socket inside the hanging compartmentof locker steel complete all as per mentioned in drg and as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable door from locker steel and supply and fixing of new door made out of 1.00mm thick MS steel of same shape and size as old one all as per specification mentioned in drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F pane glasses of required shape and size 3 mm thick for Book case steel complete including removal of broken pane glasses all as specified on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out of old unserviceable handle of book case steel & S&F new CP handle cast iron/zinc CP coated of Godrej pattern with new nut and bolts complete all as shown on drg and directed.

Taking out of old unserviceable locks of book case steel and S&F new locks of 40mm six lever of special type brass with new nuts and bolts key complete all as per drawing and directed.

Table Computer

Removing of existing unserviceable table top for Table computer and S&F new table top of size 900 X 600 mm made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board with decorative finish one side and balancing white on the other side of exterior grade duly fixed table frame with suitable screws wood/steel with cup washer and 18x4 mm thick teak wood beading on all round, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of existing unserviceable Mouse tray from Table computer and S&F new Mouse tray of size 380 mm X 200 mm made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board with decorative finish one side and balancing white on the other side of exterior grade duly fixed to the existing Telescopic channel, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of existing unserviceable damaged drawer from Table computer and S&F new drawer of size 380 mm X 200 mm 75 mm deep made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board with decorative finish one side and balancing white on the other side of exterior grade duly fixed to the existing Telescopic channel, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing the existing unserviceable Telescopic channel from Table computer and S & F in repairs Telescopic Channel of suitable size for Key board tray/Mouse tray/Drawer of table computer and re-fixing the existing Key board tray/Mouse tray/Drawer with new telescopic channel all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing of existing unserviceable Upper/Bottom shelf from Table computer and S&F new Upper/Bottom shelf of size 450 mm X 300 mm made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board with decorative finish one side and balancing white on the other side of exterior grade duly fixed to the frame of Table computer with suitable screws wood/steel with cup washer, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Welding of broken existing Square MS pipe of Table computer duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to match the existing shade complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repairs Nylon buffers of legs for table computer rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Charpoy with hard top

S&F in repair 12mm thick plywood as per IS:303 BWR Grade, of make (Archid /Century/Green ply) in single piece as per drawing without any joint to the charpoy MS ply top with suitable steel nut & bolt with washer including removal of damaged ply wood all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make- Green ply/Archid.

M&L for Welding of broken existing MS tube stiffners to the long rails before fixing of ply top with frame of charpoy MS ply top duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to match the existing shadecomplete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair MS tube stiffener of size 25x25mm x 16 G square shape fit to long rails as per requirement including welding to long rails of charpoy MS ply top duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair MS cleat of size 25x60x6mm fit to short rails as per requirement including welding to short rails of charpoy MS ply top duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to match the existing shade complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out old unservicable commercial ply BWR Grade, 6 mm thick from the back of table bed side and S&F new back made of 6 mm thick commercial ply BWR Grade of make, (Archid /Century/Green ply) of the same shape and size of the existing back of table bed side all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable top of table bed side and S&F new top made of MDF board exterior grade 18/19 mm thick (Archid/Green lam/Nepal Board) of required size and shape as per existing drawing including 0.6 mm thick PVC Edging all round the top of table bed side all as specified on drg and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable side of table bed side and S&F new side made of MDF board exterior grade 18/19 mm thick (Archid/Green lam/Nepal Board) of required size and shape as per existing drawing all as specified on drg and directed.

M&L for Removing the existing unserviceable bottom of Top drawer of table bed side and providing new bottom made out of 06 mm thick commercial ply complete all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
