Taking out, inspection, checking adjustment and minor repair of unserviceable refrigerator 165/180/175/210/260/280/300/310/320/ 335 ltr capacity of any type any make for repair/ replacement of defective parts such as condenser, PVC pipe, loose electrical connection etc., cleaning, condenser unit of foreign particle and descaling with carbon di oxide gas to ensure smooth flow of refrigerating gas, reassembling the appliance, testing and placing in original position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Repair/ replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for pressure testing and rectifying the leakage found in the system of refrigerator of capacity 260 to 300 litres including vacuuming and charging the refrigerant (R 134a gas to the desired pressure and filling new compressor oil etc. complete for satisfactory functioning all as specified and as directed. Note:Topping up of gas will be measured and paid seperately

Supply and fixing in repair of hermetically sealed new compressor for 260 to 310 Ltr capacity of refrigerator including filling of refrigerant suitable and testing complete by disconnecting the electrical and refrigerant connection of defective sealed unit of Refrigerator compressor of capacity 260 to 310 litres. Make :- As per existing make of Refrigerator Note:- (a) Compressor shall be purchased from manufacturer/ authorised dealer of the manufacturer. Compressor shall be in sealed condition and shall bear warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Supply and fixing in repair of condensing coil for refrigerator of capacity 260 to 310 Ltr complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of Chiller tray suitable for Refrigerator of any make, 260 to 310 litres capacity, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of Evaporator coil, suitable for refrigerator of 260 to 310 ltrs any make size and type complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair Vegetable tray suitable for Refrigerator of any make, 260 to 310 litres capacity, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of ice superior quality plastic/PVC Ice cube tray for refrigerator of capacity 260 Ltrs to 310 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of in repair electric bulb 20 watt 230v threaded type for refrigetator of Capacity 260 ltrs to 310 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Freezer compartment including door and accessories suitable for refrigeratorr 280, 300, 310 and 320 ltrs capacity refrigerator and including taking existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC shelf transparent type of tough plastic suitable for refrigerator of capacity 300 ltrs complete including taking down existing unserviceable one all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of Evaporator coil, suitable for refrigerator of 165 to 255 ltrs any make size and type complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing the old painted surface of refrigerator of capacity 165 litres to 335 litres and spray painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour complete all as specified and as directed

Note for item No 20 :- (a) All synthetic enamel paint, shall be of 1st quality manufactured by the standard firms of make as specified.

(b) The contractor shall inform the GE, within three weeks of the acceptance of the tender, the brand/names of the manufacturers of paint proposed to be used in the works and submit samples thereof and obtain prior written approval of GE before their use in works.

(c) The contractor shall when so required by the GE, produce certificate from the manufacturer or their representative to establish that the brands of paints purchased by the contractor from them, satisfy the requirements of the relevant Indian Standards. Tint of paint will be approved by the GE.

(d) Paints shall be obtained direct from approved manufacturer or from their authorized agents only of respective brands mentioned below and brought to site in sealed containers. The paint so procured shall be of first quality of any approved make as per list of makes specified. i. Berger Paints (Luxol), ii. Jenson & Nicholson (Brolac), iii. Shalimar Paints(Superlac), iv. Goodlass Nerolac (Nerolac), v. Asian Paints(Apcolite)

(e) Unless otherwise specified the tints of paint shall be as approved by the GE

(f) The contractor shall submit samples of the paints proposed for the work along with results of tests conducted in approved laboratory as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for approval.

(g) The surface shall be thoroughly cleaned and dusted. All dirt scales oil and grease shall be thoroughly removed before painting is started. The prepared surface shall be inspected and approved by the GE before painting is commenced. The weather shall not be foggy/rainy, dusty or windy. The suitability of the weather will be determined by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of hermetic sealed new compressor for water cooler 150 ltr/Hr cooling capacity including disconnecting the electrical and refrigerant connection of defective sealed unit of storage type water cooler of capacity 150 ltr and connection of all pipe line & charging of refrigerant and testing complete including taking down existing one complete all as specified and as directed Make :- As per existing make of Water Cooler Note:- Compressor shall be purchased from manufacturer/ authorised dealer of the manufacturer. Compressor shall be in sealed condition and shall bear warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Supply and fixing in repair of Electric condensor Fan motor, AC 230 volt, single phase with recommended RPM etc suitable for water cooler of any make of 150 ltr capacity, complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down corroded bottom portion of water cooler of 150 litres capacity and provision of 14 gauge MS sheet with suitable size angle iron frame work duly welded to the body of the water cooler including two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide primer to match the existing colour complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing in repair of Carbon (filter) 12” size incl taking down existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

Routine repair and annual maintenance of Aqua guards installed in various locations including attending breakdown calls, monthly routine maintenance including replacement of carbon , micron filter as and when required and changing of defective spares, quarterly cleaning of Aqua Guard internally and externally, changing of filters complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge, for the any models / types, for 09 month period of each aqua guard - 18 Nos Notes :- (a) The contractor shall make AMC contract with the authorised service agency of best water cooler and repair/ maint shall be carried out through the authorised person of OEM only. (b) The rate quoted shall deem to be included for carried out all repairs to water cooler noticed during the period 09 months.

Supply and fixing PCB Card 12 Volt of DC capacity for Aquaguard incl dismantling old unsv and including taking down existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Routine repair and annual maintenance of best water doctor of tank capacity 25/ 44 ltrs installed in various locations including attending breakdown calls, monthly routine maintenance including replacement of carbon , micron filter as and when required and changing of defective spares, quarterly cleaning of Aqua Guard internally and externally, changing of filters complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge, Make :- Best water doctor model No. HIMA-5NC of flow rate 100 ltr/ hr - 2 Nos Notes :- (a) The contractor shall make AMC contract with the authorised service agency of best water cooler and repair/ maint shall be carried out through the authorised person of OEM only. (b) The rate quoted shall deem to be included for carried out all repairs to water cooler noticed during the period 09 months.

Routine repair and annual maintenance of best water doctor of tank capacity 40/ 80 ltr installed in various locations including attending breakdown calls, monthly routine maintenance including replacement of carbon , micron filter as and when required and changing of defective spares, quarterly cleaning of Aqua Guard internally and externally, changing of filters complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge, Make :- Best water doctor model No. UV 7 NC of flow rate 200 ltr/ hr - 9 Nos Notes :- (a) The contractor shall make AMC contract with the authorised service agency of best water cooler and repair/ maint shall be carried out through the authorised person of OEM only. (b) The rate quoted shall deem to be included for carried out all repairs to water cooler noticed during the period 9 months.

S & F PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor 3 core 2.5 sq.mm, including connecting up and taking down existing unserviceable cable of any description and size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Servicing of Air curtains unit, of any type capacity and length, single phase AC, 230 Volts as in preventive maintenance alongwith blower assembly filter and other components including checking electrical connections complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for blower motor assembly of Air curtain unit of any type capacity and length, single phase AC, 230 Volts as including electrical connections complete all as specified and as directed

M & L Periodical servicing, calibaration and maintenance of composite synchronous panel of Make: Jackson PCC 3.3 based on auto load management, auto load sharing, auto synchronization panel suitable for 3x 810 KVA stand by DG set comprising of following components:-

INCOMER:- (i) Air circuit breaker 1600A, 415V, 50 Hz -03 Nos (ii) Engine start/stop push button (iii) Digital temperature scanner - 03 Nos (iv) Annunciator -03 Nos (v) Electric buzzer (hooter) - 03 Nos (vi) Digital multifunction meter - 03 Nos (vii) DC volt meter - 03 Nos (viii) indicating LED lights for 3 phase, R, Y, B, Breaker - ON/ OFF, Neutral - ON/OFF, battery charger ON/OFF etc

Note for Item No 116 to 119 :- (i) The unit quoted rate shall deem to be included to carried out all repairs noticed during the period. (ii) Repairs/ maintenance shall be carried out through the authorised service agency only as per instructions recommended by the original manufacturer. (iii) The authorised service agency must be attended as and when called for urgent nature of repair of synchronous panel irrespective of number of visit. (iv) Otherwise, periodicity shall be around 03 months or as per manufacturer instruction. (v) Replacement of minor items shall be included in the unit quoted rate. (vi) Replacement of any major defective items will not be included in the scope of work. However, the decision of Accepting Officer is final and binding in deciding, whether the defective item is major or minor in nature. (vii) Payment shall be made thrice for the period of 09 months proportionately.

Periodical servicing, calibaration and maintenance of Electric Air shower installed at TRCD/CRRW/75 RMU for smooth functioning of hudraulic doors, maintaining required air pressures, lighting etc all as directed.- 15 Nos

Note for Item No 121 :- (i) The unit quoted rate shall deem to be included to carried out all repairs noticed during the period. (ii) Repairs/ maintenance shall be carried out through the authorised service agency only as per instructions recommended by the original manufacturer. (iii) The authorised service agency must be attended as and when called for urgent nature of repair of synchronous panel irrespective of number of visit. (iv) Otherwise, periodicity shall be around 03 or as per manufacturer instruction. (v) Replacement of minor items shall be included in the unit quoted rate. (vi) Replacement of any major defective items will not be included in the scope of work. However, the decision of Accepting Officer is final and binding in deciding, whether the defective item is major or minor in nature. (vii) Payment shall be made thrice for the period of 09 months proportionately.

Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately.
