Excavation manually in trenches with straight or open cutting in a built up street/ lanes having wall to wall width upto 3 metre for sewers and manholes to full depths as shown in drawings, including shoring, dressing to correct sections and dewatering of rain water, provision for diversion for traffic, protection of existing services i.e. telephone cables ,electric lines, water supply lines and gas lines etc. night signals, profiles, pegs, sight rails, boning rods, fixing and maintenance of caution boards, fencing, refilling trenches, watering, dressing and restoration of surface to original level and removal of surplus spoils from the site of works for all works other than connections to including carriage complete in all respects

Excavation in trenches with straight or open cutting in streets, lanes or in open area with 3D/JCB or excavator including manually dressing bed, trimming sides and side slopes for sewers and manholes to full depths as shown in drawings,including, dressing to correct sections and dewatering, provision for diversion for traffic, protection of existing services i.e. telephone cables, electric lines, water supply lines and gas lines etc. night signals, profiles, pegs, sight rails, boning rods, watching, etc., fixing and maintenance of caution boards, fencing, refilling trenches, watering, ramming and restoration of surface to original level and removal of surplus spoil from the site of works including carriage complete in all respects.

For depth not exceeding 3.0 mt. below ground level for all kind of soil except rocky.

Providing & fixing timbering on face of trenches if required for sewer & manholes irrespective of depth measuring each timbered surface of trench on which timbering is done Type I, Simple form of timbering complete in all respects.

Cement Concrete 1:8:16 with 40 mm gauge stone aggregate using concrete mixing volumetric type including carriage complete in all respects.

Providing & fixing 560 mm, 500 mm and 450 mm internal diametre circular or 450 mm x 600 mm clear inside opening rectangular RCC manhole cover and frame ISI marked as per IS:12592-2002 including carriage from the stores of the Engineer-in-charge to site of work, loading, unloading including stacking and setting the same to correct lines over manholes including cement concrete copping (M:20) around the frame etc. Dia of steel for lifting hook is 16mm. (for EHD and HD) including carriage complete in all respects.

Special repair & testing of Existing Machinery ( 3 sets) ,which is standing idle for last 4 years (Servicing, greasing of existing Pumpsets including replacement of required components , ball bearings, etc. testing of electric connections ,including carriage to make MPS fully functional in all respect.

Special repair & testing of Existing Generating Set , which is standing idle for last 4 years (Servicing, greasing , replacement of required components , testing of electric connections etc to make GenSet fully functional in all respect.

Development of site of MPS including complete cleaning , white washing, painting etc including carriage, complete in all respect

Sewerage Treatment Plant

Providing/replacement tubular media in reactor basin of Existing Sewage Treatment Plant (3.8 MLD) which is standing idle for last 4 years , installation of Chlorinators/tonner shed, and making the existing STP fully functional in all respect, including carriage. Test results shall be as per relevant PPCB standards.

Special repair & testing of all Mechanical & Electrical Components of 3.8 Mld Sewage Treatment Plant, which is standing idle for last 4 years (Servicing, greasing of existing Machinery including replacement of required components. ball bearings etc.), testing of STP. Rehabilitation of LAB & CHLORINATION UNIT, Blower Units and All other Units/components to make STP fully functional in all respect, including carriage.

Development of STP site yard, i.e Repair of pathways, street lights, planting /gardening, white washing etc including carriage, complete in all respect
