Demolition of uneinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position on roof slab as in padding etc including removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc including removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

Dismantling of single layer mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing etc complete all as directed including removing u/s materials from site complete all as directed.

Dismantling of battens for tiles of any size including tilting fillets spacing exc.15 cm complete all as directed.

Dismantling of AC sheet corrugated, or semi corrugated in roof covering including removing u/s materials from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated, steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness and including removing u/s materials from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of structural steel work including doors,gates but excluding framed Truss etc complete including removing u/s materials from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutter or RWP of any description / bore including removing from site of work complete all as directed.

Dismantling water tanks capacity exc 500 Ltr and n.exc 1000 Ltrs and removing from site complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded agg as in PCC padding in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded and chamfered on edges and on chajjas laid over RCC surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and mixed with liquid water proofing chemicals all as specified and directed (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs , rounded or chamfered on edges, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast concrete solid block masonry exc 10 cm width with solid block of PCC (1:5:8) Gde C-5 and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in roof padding and similar items mixed with liquid water proofing chemicals complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in roof padding and similar items mixed with liquid water proofing chmicals complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

M & L water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, walls, chhajjas ets, shall be carried out as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including taking down old waterproofing tratement. (a) M&L for 10mm thick plaster screed bed layer in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces mixed with liquid water proofing chemical as per manufacturer's instruction. (b) Preparing plastered surfaces of roof slab, walls, chhajjas etc, by brooming with broom sweeping free from dirt dust etc & evenly applying a coat of approved bituminous primer @ 0.20kg/Sqm of area complete all as specified. (c) Laying App polymer modified approved membrane, non woven, polyester, weighing not less than 3.5 kg/Sqm and 3mm thick with laps & overlaps as specified & joints sealed and applied complete by torch application method all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakage & seepages and rectifying the same to the entire satisfaction of GE. (d) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 ltr/Sqm on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specifed & as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for making hole and fixing the mettalic packer for hydrophobic PU foam and sealer without disturbing existing structure as per manfufacturers insrtuctions complete all as directed.

M&L for second course injection of core seal 135A/core seal 135B all as per manfucturer's insructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L for core seal 357A core seal 357 CAT for carrying out non destructive WPT of sunken portion slab, floors of bathroom WC,WHB and floor traps (combined unit) by using construction chemical methods such as hydro phobic PU grouting ,epoxy coatings etc. including cleanig of surfaces with wire brush ,detecting the sources of leakag and repairing,removing /taking down insound treatment /surfaces all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing filling epoxy putty into crack after opening up crack after opening up cracks in V-groove manner.Approximate 5x5mm size using mechanical cutter properly cleaning the same to remove loose dust,dirt etc.and filling the same using three component, solvent free,thxotropic, epoxy resin based putty having 100% solid contents, density of 1.64-1.68g/cc,compressive strength @ 7days-50N/mm2 ,pot file of 40minutes at 25 c, drying time 8 hrs,at 25 c .Recoatable time 24hrs after finishing in line and level with exisiting concerte surfaces etc. M&L for Reinstatment of the imperfections and blow holes/pits with polymer mortar all as specified and directed by engineer -in-charge.

M & L for scraping the existing plaster upto the brick work and applying two coats of LP(f) & covering the entire area with polyrised poly bag with wire mesh and cover it with new plaster, followed by application of siliconate injection grout for rising dampness grouting should be identified and marked for in setting the nozzle for rising dampness. The spacing of holes will two nos hole in every one meter, using 12mm to 15mm dia drill bit, drill holes at an inclination of 45 the extent of 1/2 to 3/4 of the wall thickness and should be injected in the lowest possible point dampness and the material used in the wall and its construction, pump sufficient to create pressure of approx 3Kg/sqcm must inject chemical through pressure grouting machine. Inject the dilute liquid (1:4) by pumping till the point of return application of two coats of water based hyginic coat containing liquid is felt (min 10 lit) and allow to remain for some time before the next nozzle and observing the area for 24 hours including removing the extended/protruding nozzle and seal with the suitable compound the treated area should be washed througly followed by application of two coats of water based hygynic coat containing inentire scraped area and including removing of old material of any description, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick surfaces finished even and smooth with a thin layer of sagol complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick/ stone surfaces finished even smooth with sponge finish complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete as specified and directed

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, bent to shape as required and directed fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed

S&F 0.63 mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with L type or J Type or cranked hook bolts and washers, in roofs, walls etc with grade of zine coating 275 etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Roof tiles,mangalore Pattern,interlocking at side joints,laid dry etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 2nd class hardwood Battens for tiles, shingles etc sectional area n exc 15sqcm of size including tilting fillets clean dawn all as specified and directed

Fixing only batten obtained from dismantling vide item no 4 here -in- before all as directed.

M&L for MS structural steel work, framed as in trusses, purlins, rafter, post etc. conforming to grade E-250 (Fe-410W, quality A) including shaped washers including necessary cutting required length, notching drilling, riveting and or welding or connecting with nut bolts with angle cleats, gusset plate and also erecting in true position complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) of 500 litres capacity, hoisted and fixed in position with connecting up pipes i.e. nipple socket / unions etc including 20 mm bore ball brass valve with polythene float and flynut complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 34 here-in-before but 1000 litres capacity tank.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 1000 Ltr & n.exc 2000 lit capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position all as directed.

All as per item No 36 here-in-before but capacity of tank exc 500 and n exc 1000 litres.

S&F Tubes, 20 mm bore 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20mm dia gun metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
