SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (SECTION-I) Design, supply, fabrication and erection of pre-engineered building (PEB) steel structure for portion mark " PEB STRUCTURE HANGAR" of size length 90 metre width 60 metre (Internal span) with clear hight of 12.9 metre including all civil works in RCC foundations duly designed, steel sliding motorised Hangar door system to be provided on front and rear of the hangar, including PQC flooring inside hangar before laying antistatic PU floor coating and the work listed in Sch 'A' notes and shown on drawings, design of PEB structure , provision of natural turbo ventilators to be design and instal in hangar with following specification and design criterias as finalise by the designer for size of hangar 90mX 60m (Internal clrear span) ceiling hight 12.90 M along with design for structural system for hangar door as per parameters for hangars and door as specified from approved firms as listed and vetting of design, drawing from IIT after acceptance of tender, the drgs / design shall be submitted by the contractor dully vetted by IIT within 45 days of acceptance of tender. Any delay if occures by the contractor , the contractor will be the responsble for the same and will will be dealt as per CA provission accordingly with the following:- (Cont to 1.02)

Note :- Rates quoted by the contractor shall also deem to include the cost of the following :- (i) Design of PEB structure Hangar portion along with structural system for hangar door with antifalling arrangement shall be design and provided for antifalling arrangement by the designer from PEB approved firm/vender as listed in particular specifications along with vetting of design/drawing from IIT . (ii) Design of RCC foundations. (iii) Arch drgs provided by the department will form part of contract however structural drawings for hangar provided by contractor, which will be vetted by IIT. (iv) The structural steel members shall be designed as specified here in before and in particular specifications. (v) The steel sliding motorised Hangar door system for Rear & front doors for the hangar, shall be designed as specified in particular specifications. (vi) The design for structural system for the Hangar door will also be vetted by the same organisation vetting the steel Hangar Design. (xix) Design of columns including rail for movement of double girder EOT crane of capacity 10 Ton along with vetting of design and drawings from IIT.

150mm consolidated thick Wet mix Macadam (WMM) in two layers of 75mm each with coarse aggregate of specified grade as per MORTH, spread, roller and consolidation to required gradient and camber using mechanical paver/grader and tandom vibratory roller/earth compactor of capacity 8 tonne to 15 tonne or compaction at OMC to achieve the min 98 % density of max dry denisity (MDD) determined using modified proctor density determination method as per IS code laid in layers of consolidation thickness all as specified and director.

150mm thick DLC (Dry lean concrete) with 7 days compressive strength of 10 N/sqmm with min cement content of 180 kg/cum or as per design mix whichever is more using grading as per MORTH specificion, spread rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient using necessary mechanical sensor paver and tendom vibratory roller of capacity exceeding 8 ton and n exc 12 ton capacity complete all as specified and director.

350mm thick pavement quality concrete (PQC) work in pavement of flexural strength 45 kg/ sqcm (lower control limit) in field using minimum cement content as per Design mix but not less than 400 kg OPC cement per CUM with crushed graded stone aggregate, Combined grading of Coarse & fine Aggregate as per MORTH Table 600-3 and super plastisiizer, required as per design mix ( as per IRC V th revision ) mixed with triangular / non circular synthetic fiber reinforcement @ 0.25% by weight of cement, spread and compacted by using fixed form paver and all as specified and including necessary T & P for bull nosing , rounding of edges, and finishing the surfaces by mechanical brooming/ belting, curing etc complete all as specified shown on Drawings. Cured with curing compound as per recommendation of Auth approving design mix. Note : - Cost of admixture (super plasticizer) and curing compound are inclusive in the rate of above item. The synthetic fibre reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under item no 20.09 of BOQ here-in-after.

Forming construction joint 25mm deep and 10 mm wide (using diamond cutter ) providing polythene backup rod 12mm dia sealed with polyurethane sealant ( min depth of sealant 12mm ) complying with BS 5212, BS 4254 and EN 41875-2003 priming the sides min MAF ±30% with ten years performance guarantee and applying masking tape on edge of joint prevent accident spillage of sealant on top surface to give net finish to sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown on drawings specified and as directed.

Forming dummy joint 1/3depth of slab and 8mm wide (using diamond cutter ) providing backup rod 10mm dia and sealed with polyurethane sealant (min depth of sealant 12mm ) complying with BS 5212, BS 4254 and EN 41875-2003 priming the sides min MAF ±30% with ten years performance guarantee and applying masking tape on edge of joint prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface to give neat finish to sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown on drawings specified and as directed.
