Demolition of Brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for brick with sub class B bricks old size build in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

All as per Srl item No. 02 but except bricks using old serviceable bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surface and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and incl one coat of alkali resistant priming paint on newly plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 using water prrofing liiquid compound as per manufacturer instructions on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface and finished fair and even without using extra cement and applying two coats of cement base paint on newly plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors/walls etc.laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 16 to 18mm thick Dholpur stone cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size not exceeding 0.25 sqm fixed over 10mm thick plaster in Cement Mortar 1:3 with and including, making V groove at top, bottom & sides of stone and drilling hole for hold fastener, polishing, rubbing & including silicon treatment and fasteners. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Finishing walls with textured interior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of interior primer applied @ 2.20Kilogram/10 sqm ; Complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames from the opening of size not exceeding 1.5 sqm each with shutters ( without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed
