Random Rubble masonry with hard stone from nallah in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1 :6:12 ( 1 Cement: 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 coarse sand).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level. 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). Crushed.

Supplying at site Angle iron posts & struts of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10mm dia etc. complete.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Providing and Fixing (4”X4”) wire mesh of (25’X5’).Complete Jobs.

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ). Crushed.

Carriage of Cement and Steel from an average lead of 25kms by Mechanical Transport.

Carriage of Sand and bajree from an average lead of 15 kms by Mechanical Transport.

Carriage of Stone from an average lead of 15kms by Mechanical Transport.
