Strengthening and 5 years maintenance of 1 no road works in Shanarpatty Block NABARD RIDF 2026-2027 in Dindigul District TN05-31

Name of the work : 1.Strengthening the road from Dindigul - Karaikudi road Kosavapatty Kallarai to Thottiyapatty (via) Kosavapatty in km. 0/0 - 3/650 (R 105). Estimate amount : Rs. 237.95 Lakhs

A. Construction work Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. comp.

Earth work excavation from borrow pits for filling in all classes of soil except sand and hard rock etc with initial lead and lift for raising and widening the existing road sidedrain etc, complete.as per SS20A

Picking the existing old metal for the B.T. surface and sectioning the undulations and all compacting charges etc., complete

Providing and Laying Gravel to a compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying of prime coat using Emulsion at the rate of 7 Kg per ten square meter over the WMM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it.

Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadum 50mm thick using IRC size machine broken HBG metal 0.20 cum of 26.5 - 13.2mm , 0.43 cum 13.2 - 2.36mm and 0.08 cum of 2.36mm& bvelow metal with 36kg of of VG 30 Bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in Central Hot Mix Plant 20-30T capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 20mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross section and consolidated by 8-10T vibratory/pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site, hire & fuel charges for 20-30T CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory/pneumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and other incidental charges etc., complete

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25 MM THICK USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 25mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Construction of Hard bed at ch 3380-3400

Earth Work excavation for foundation in all soils and to full depth as may as be directed in hard rock requiring plastering but inclusive of shorting, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth as per SS20B

CC 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of materials and all labour charges etc., (For Base of

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days,using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing
