REPAIRS TO JOINERY, FLOORING, PLASTERING, PLUMBING, SANITARY WORKS AND REPAIRS TO LEAKAGE/ SEEPAGE, SUNKEN FLOOR TREATMENT, ROOF COVERING WORKS CERTAIN B AND R WORKS OF OFFRS/ MNS OFFRS MD ACCNS AT MTC AND MTS AT CHAF BANGALORE

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square /rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed in CM 1:6, 15mm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450x350x7mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for virified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No.04 here-in-before but in skirtings etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over 10mm thick screed bed or bedding in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling concrete finished even and fair to recive floor finshes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demilition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar. Note: All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost.

Material and labour for granite tiles in flooring /kitchen platform (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (Using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) in plinth protections and similar works inculding necessary form works complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
