Providing and fixing chrome finish M.S. chair base of approved with five pronged base and castor wheels all complete. (a) of diameter 600mm to 650mm

Providing and fixing nylon black twin castor wheel for revolving chair of approved quality. a) Thread and/or Pin type, 50mm diameter

Providing and fixing hydraulic gas lift of Type- D 120, size 310 x 265 x 110mm having wt. not less than 9.20 Kg/10 Nos. of approved quality. (Jaiswal make or equivalent) a) for revolving chair

Providing and fixing central tilting mechanism of approved quality with necessary nuts and bolts all complete. a) for revolving chair

Providing and fixing polyurethane (pu) based handles for office /visitor/computer chair and like of approved quality and manufacture with necessary nuts and bolts complete.

Replacement of upholstery of sofa, chairs etc. as per following procedure - (i) Taking out existing upholstery and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metre lend. (ii) Providing and fixing 25mm thick form, cashment cloth and/or markin fabric, and finally new upholstery cloth/fabric of approved quality and manufacture (basic cost of fabric/cloth shall not be less than Rs.250.00 per running metre having standard available width) including stitching as per existing pattern on seat, back, armrest etc. wherever required. (iii) French spirit polishing (wherever required) to exposed wooden surface to desired finish to give a good uniform look. (iv) Minor repairs to sofa or chairs such as nailing or fixing of loose joints, re-welding of steel parts, fixing missing screws, bolts etc. are included in item. The rate shall include cost of all labour and material as above. Nothing extra shall be paid if the furniture is to be taken to factory for replacement of upholstery or for minor repairs.

a) Single seater full upholstery sofa seat of size up to 600 x 600 mm (length of the fabric to be consumed shall be 4.50m ± 10% variation) .

b) Double seater full upholstery sofa seat of size up to 600 x 600 mm (length of the fabric to be consumed shall be 8.00m ± 10% variation) .

Replacement of upholstery of sofa, chairs etc. as per following procedure - (i) Taking out existing upholstery and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metre lend. (ii) Providing and fixing 25mm thick form (density 25 to 30 kg/cm3), cashment cloth and/or markin fabric, and finally new upholstery cloth/fabric of approved quality and manufacture (basic cost of fabric/cloth shall not be less than Rs.200/- per running metre having standard available width) including stitching as per existing pattern on seat, back, armrest etc. wherever required. (iii) Minor repairs to chairs comprises of re-welding of steel parts, fixing missing hardware viz screws, bolts etc. (Note: The rate shall include cost of all labour and material as above. Nothing extra shall be paid if the furniture item/s is to be taken to factory for replacement of upholstery or for minor repairs.

a) Low back visitor chairs, computer chairs etc. (length of the fabric to be consumed shall be 1.50m ± 10% variation)

b) High back executive chairs and like (length of the fabric to be consumed shall be 3.00m ± 10% variation) .

Supplying sofa set seat 100mm thick having 40 kg/cm3 density with size 530mm x 550mm with variation of ± 5%) and of approved quality. (Sleeepwell/Kurlon or equivalent)

Providing and fixing key board tray with in built seperate space for mouse of approved quality and manufacture (EBCO model no. KBTM 35, Fly rail or equivalent ) wit a set of side guide rails complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing zinc alloy die-cast chrome finish front multi drawer lock with adjustable locking pins and key removable in locked and unlocked positions of approved quality and manufacture (Ebco's Multi Drawer Lock FM 580 item code P-FMDL-58-22 or its equivalent make in Hardwyn/Hettich) complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing & Fixing mild steel powder coated side mounting drawer slides with smooth silent roller system of approved quality (Ebco's item code SMDS 40 or equivalent) (a) 400mm long complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing & Fixing "C" shaped stainless steel handle powder coated to required colour and pattern of approved quality and manufacture complete . (a) 75 mm (Note: The basic cost of material assumed in deriving the estimated cost of this item is Rs.120 Each )

Providing and fixing multi purpose lock with brass reversible key of approved quality. (Godrej's product code 9350 LKYWFM603 or its equivalent make in Hardwyn/Hettich) complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Credit for unserviceable dismantled material recovered after dismantling (on as is where is basis)

a) M.S. scrap (such as Drawer Channel,multi Drawer Lock, Multi purpose lock, Chair steel Base and like)

(b) PVC / Plastic scrap (such as Chair handle, PVC Chair Base etc.)
