Construction of subgrade with material obtained from borrow pits for local earth construction of embankment with approved material obtained from abailable land and permitted and approved by Engineer in charge and as per technical specification clause 301.3.4.1 with all lift and leads,spreading,gradding to required slope and copacting to meet requirment of tables 300 land,300.2 as per tech classification 301.5. including lead up to 1000 meter

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical specification clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the required density grade iii as per technical specification clause 405.

Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing-rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening/crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of course aggregtate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification clause 405.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification clause 502.

Providing and applying Tack coat with Maxfalt VG-10 using bitumin distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of Open-graded premix surfacing of 20 mm compacted thickness composed of 13.20 mm to 11.20 mm sizes of aggregates either using pnetration grade bitumen or emulsion to the required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base. including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheeled 80-100 KN static roller capacity, and finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification clause 508.

Providing and laying and Seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification clause 510.

Brick edging on both sides of the road of brick class m-150 8 cm wide and 12 cm deep laid with including all complete work s.i no 765
