Improvement of road from Atul Kataria Chowk to Sector 3/5 junction, Gurugram, and all other

Providing services of qualified surveyor(s) along with all required instruments, tools, accessories and manpower for carrying out survey, establishing and recording levels and topographical details for planning and execution of works including (but not limited to) determination of finished road levels (FRL), drainage invert levels, cross-drainage/road crossing levels, longitudinal and cross-sections, benchmarks/temporary benchmarks, setting out, and any other survey works as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The survey team with complete equipment shall remain available at the disposal of GMDA for a period of 03 (three) months for planning/field requirements, and the entire work shall be carried out to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge, complete in all respects. Payment shall be released only after submission of detailed survey findings/records to the department, duly signed by the Contractor or his authorised representative and jointly verified/signed by the concerned SDE/JE of the department, complete in all respects and as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Seat Walls: Masonry work in Substructure with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including joints finished flush/ raked to 12mm depth etc. complete as directed (Material reuse including concrete debris/ malba/ stone waste)

Grit Finish (Pathway): Providing and laying washed stone aggregate Grit finish paving of 60mm thickness, applying with cement slurry @2kg of cement per sqm, top layer 15mm thick cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (colour and composition as per material schedule to be finalized based on samples approved onsite). The stone chips of avg size 10-20 mm to be procured after approval of samples by the Landscape Architect. After application the surface to be scrubbed with wire brush and washed with water to expose the stone chips to get the desired finish. 20mm expansion joints at 5mm c/c with epoxy sealant and 5mm grooves. The rate includes the cost of pigment, making groove, curing and all ancillary works as required for proper completion of work as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Landscape Architect.

Terrazzo Stones on seat walls: Supply and fixing Pre-cast tiles/slabs (70mm thick),Portland cement binder, non-slip finish: sizer as per design: color/chip size per approved sample.Bedding: Cement mortar (1:4). Tile fixing: Polymer-modified thin-set adhesive (latex cement-based). Grout: 1:1 cement:sand with pigment.

Natural Stone for seat wall cladding:Supply and fixing Pre-cast tiles/slabs (25mm thick),Portland cement binder, non-slip finish: sizer as per design: color/chip size per approved sample.Bedding: Cement mortar (1:4). Tile fixing: Polymer-modified thin-set adhesive (latex cement-based). Grout: 1:1 cement:sand with pigment.

Bollards:Providing and fixing mild steel pipe, 150 mm outer diameter with minimum 6 mm wall thickness and 1050 mm length,750mm above finish level and 300mm below finish level,Fill interior solidly with M10 grade concrete (1:5:10 cement:sand:aggregate mix) via packing after erecting the pipe vertically. Include a 2-4 mm thick base plate (200x200 mm) welded at the bottom for anchorage

Precast Concrete Dustbin, 60 Ltr cap., 0.60m x 0.50m x 1.00m, M20 concrete, Fe415 reinforcement, hinged lid, 2 coats cement paint, complete as per approved design incl.installation

Supplying and filling sand below drainage pipe for cushioning, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete
