Dismantling of posts struts (wood,steel or RCC) any section,embeded in natural ground, including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of posts struts (wood,steel or RCC) any section,embeded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type and any descripition all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in loose / soft soil each n.exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returnining, filling in ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around to layers n.exc 25 cm including removal of surplus soil to a distancen.exc 50 mtr and making good surfaces all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel steel sections such as angle iron, flat iron etc for fencing posts and struts including cutting tops to shape, as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh including all necessary drilling, bolting or revetting etc and similar work conforming to Fe -410-0 or Fe-310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel bolts, 10 mm dia and 65 mm long, purpose / machine made with hexagonal head or square hed one end and crewed on other end, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and on hexagonal or square nut all all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS Galvanised fencing size or type made cut from GI wire 4mm dia gauge and 50 mm aperture weight not less than 4 kg / Sqm all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh,size & type to any type of standards, rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire all all as specified and directed. NOTE: Chain link fencing shall be measured and paid as separately as supply only.

Supply and fix in repairs galavanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc all as specified and directed. NOTE: Each line of wire to be measured.

M&L for preparation of steel and iron surfaces of any description exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zink chrome all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description not toherwise described not exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zink chrome all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor not exceeding 15 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub baseall as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 50 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base all as specified and directed.

M&L Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM (1:6) all as specified and directed.

M/L cement concrete polished coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cmX30cm X 25mm set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with mixture of white and grey cement in equal proportions all as specified and directed.

M/L machine pressed polished coloured precast concrete interlocking paver block conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thick, M-35 Grade of any shape or color with mixture of grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spreading and levelling sand cushioning 30mm thick all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete block walling built in Cement Mortar incl all quions, arches, pillers etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of type C-1 (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10 cm in width or girth and setting in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar incl all quions, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar fencing, dressed stone work and precase concrete articles all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr radious built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping incl necessary form work fair finished of exposed surfaces of concrete and making good with existing surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down cement Plaster on brick or stone walls etc, incl raking out joints, hacking for key srubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM (1:4) finished even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for raking out joints/pointing to brick work in walls or to bricks on edge in floors surface channels, roofs etc. all as specified and directed.

M&L for struck or recessed pointing to brick walls in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm broken stone or boulders, hand packing at back of walls as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up old broken, PVC (SWR), Cast Iron, Reinforced concrete pipes, SWG soil waste and vent pipe of 300 mm bore incl accessories set in cement and removing rubbish froEngineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed completed with collars and 300mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Note: In case doubling/duplicancy of BOQ items , the lowest quoted rate shall be applicable for payment.
