Repair of plaster in patches of 2.50 sqm and under and 10 to 15mm thick includingcutting the patch in proper and replastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within a lead of 20m :-cement mortar(1:3)

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surface (one coat) to give even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt , loose or softened paint.

Distempering (one coat) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufature and of required shade, on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade, after thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all grease, dirt, loose pieces of scales and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.
