S & F Lightning Conductor Air Terminal made of 20 mm dia 1000 mm long GI pipe (ISI Medium) having five discharge prongs of 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire at top duly soldered with 7/16 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire and 85 mm dia 6 mm thick GI base plate at bottom incl. necessary holes etc. complete duly grouted on the parapet etc. in CC mortar ( 4:2:1)

Supply & fixing GI (Hot Dip) strips 25 mm x 6 mm thick for horizontal run on the Parapet/Roof/ Wall incl. S&F special shape & design clamp 1000 mm apart & S&F SS Screws for holding rigidly horizontal patty incl. mending good the damages to building works

Supply & fixing GI (Hot Dip) strips 25 mm x 6 mm thick for vertical run on the Parapet/Roof/ Wall incl. S&F special shape & design clamp 1000 mm apart & S&F SS Screws for holding rigidly vertical patty incl. mending good the damages to building works

Supply & drawing 50 mm x 6 mm thick GI flat patty at ground level from earth electrode surrounding the bottom portion of building and interconnecting all earth electrodes to form a grid structure

Supply & Fixing of Testing Joints by 50 mm x 6 mm thick GI (Hot Dip) strip 125 mm long grouted on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall for making connection with thimbles at the end of 25 mm X 6 mm thick GI ( Hot Dip) strip of vertical conductor and conductor from earth electrode complete with S & F thimbles, GI bolts, nuts, check-nuts, spring washers etc. as required

Hiring charges for scaffolding arrangement including dismantling at the end of work and carriage, for LC installation of overhead reservoir (vertical run)

Cutting cornices/ steps etc. including cutting recess in buildings etc. & supply & fixing 15 mm bore (ISI-Medium) GI pipe protection as below and mending good damages to the building works:

Making welded joints between conductors, conductors and air terminals for 25 mm X 6 mm GI thick(Hot Dip) Strip incl.supply of jointing materials and painting with 2 (two) coats of bituminous paint

Making soldered joints between conductors and down pipes / other metallic objects including supply of necessary 25 mm X 6 mm GI thick(Hot Dip) Strip, jointing materials and painting with 2 (two) coats of bituminous paint

Earthing with 65 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 6.0 Mts. long and 1 No. 50 mm x 6 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt,double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 80 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts.The top portion of the earth electrode will be fitted with suitable size funnel of appropriate dia over 80mm dia GI pipe and fixed with necessary arrngements

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work (1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 x 36.56 cm with locking arrangement at the other side, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos.12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. (Soft Soil)

Cutting channel on C.C. Floor 100 mm X 100 mm depth with drilling arrangement system by compressor machine on the top of the pheriphari surroundingly and Supply & filling the cutting portion of the same floor by cement mortar mixture & neatly cement finising and properly curing of water as per direction of E.I.C.

S&F of 450mmX450mm, 6mm thick GI plate fixed with the help of 4 nos 4inch long fastners above the bitumen tar felt floor at the roof of the building,incl. S&F 50mm dia 1500mm long GI Pipe duly welded with the GI plate and with the base of air conductor at the other side, incl. construction of 500mmX500mmX300mm (LXWXH) CC foundation ( 4:2:1) enclosing the GI plate completely & finishing by plastering & neatly cement finising,incl. painting GI pipe,GI plate with 2 coats of R.O. primer and 2 coats of Al. painting as per direction of E.I.C.
