Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for; and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) as in ground floors and pavings, not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position, (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Desilting and cleaning of blocked storm water drain/nallah and culvert etc by removal of mud, soil, aggregate and other similar waste material for smooth flowing/functioning of storm water complete all as specified and directed. Note: Removal of debris outside MD land shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Cleaning of roof top surfaces of any type/description, height by removing tree leaf any other similar waste material carefully to avoid damage of existing roof treatment including cleaning of rain water pipes of any description and any size for smooth flowing of rain water and removing the debris out side MD land complete all as directed.

Uprooting shrubs/plant/flora & fauna on wall girth not exceeding 100mm from brick wall by cutting holes into masonry/walls for digging out roots and dosing Sulfuric/Phenolic Acid as per manufacturer's instruction to burn deep rooted tree roots and making good the disturbed area with cement mortar in CM 1:3 using water proofing compound including necessary scaffolding up to a height of 16 metre complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6, type C1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in surface channels, including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitered/stopped end etc complete all as specified and directed

Add or deduct over item No 11 here-in-before, for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm ditto complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for, Plain Cement Concrete, (1:4:8), type D2 ,using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation concrete including necessary formwork if required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, Precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in cover slabs for drains, culvers, etc., and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement bars will be measured and paid under respective items.

Material and labour for, Plain Cement Concrete, (1:2:4), type B1 ,using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in coping including necessary forms and moulds, finishing the surfaces fair and even, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with grade ‘C’ solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width, having minimum compressive strength of 50 Kg / Sq cm as per IS 2185 (Part- I) 2005 and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, factory made special shaped precast machine pressed kerb stone using M-25 grade concrete including dismantling of existing kerb stone of any type/description and necessary earthwork set in CM 1:6 and disposing off rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, built in CM 1:4, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius etc., complete all as specified and as directed

Walling of Random Rubble stone masonry, using Bangalore type stone obtained from demolition, un-coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM(1:6), complete all as specified and directed. Note : Serviceable stones obtained from demolition shall be re-used under this item.

Material and labour for, TMT steel bars of 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) and not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable barbed wire fencing of any description and in any position, Supply and fixing new Galvanized. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Each line wire to be measured.

Taking down unserviceable chain link fencing and supply and fix new Chain-link fencing with MS galvanized wire dia not less than 3.5 mm, mesh Size 75 mm x 75 mm fixed to fencing post with nut ,bolt ,MS washer and flat iron/angle iron etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Flat iron/angle iron, nut and bolts etc., shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply and fabrication of mild steel structural work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only for mild steel framed work as in grating/grill and similar work of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) hanging, fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Mild steel obtained from dismantling shall be re-used under this item.

Supply and fabrication of steel as in framed work such as grills, gratings, ladders, balusters, walk ways, railing, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for expanded metal, not exceeding 4 Kg / Sq m, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanized steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only expanded metal, retrieved from dismantling, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanized steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8), type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in sub-bases, surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6), type C1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in pavings, plinth protection, hard standing, etc., laid in panels, joints filled with mix of bitumen and sand (1:3) by weight, with surfaces of concrete finished fair and even, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs of any thickness and in any position, providing material and labour, plain cement concrete chequered tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 20-22 mm thick, with pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and as directed..

Material and labour, for rendering 15 mm thick in Cement mortar 1:4, on brick work/concrete surfaces finished fair and even, complete all as specified and directed

Rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces in cement mortar(1:4) and finishing the surfaces even and fair all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of cement based primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, preparing the old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm in width or girth, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.
