Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slab of any description or thickness in floor ,step, riser etc laid bedded and pointed complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 ( using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floor, sub base, to receive tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on wall of brick work or concrete surface, to receive tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles (Premium quality) (squre/ rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.11 sqm but n. exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and coloured pigment to match the tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

-Ditto- all as per ser item No.9 above but in dado / skirting etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

-Ditto- all as per ser item No. 11 above but as in Skirting

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450x350x7mm thick fixed over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and drected.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300x200x7mm thick fixed over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and drected.

M&L for 20-25 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab flooring over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 , laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone slab including cutting, grinding, rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20-25 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab as in skirting , riser of step , dado and pillar etc over 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 , laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone slab including cutting, grinding, rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work / Concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth with out using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 12 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1: 6 finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 concrete surfaces of ceiling etc, finished surfaced even & smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or un-plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coat of cement base paint on new plastered surfaces of wall over one coat of alkali resistant primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing the new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls all as specified and direcrted.

M&L for preparing the new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and direcrted.

S&F in repair 605x605mm snap grid of powder coated galvanized iron of angle of size 23mm x 23mm of 30 gauge (Perimeter), T section of size 23mm x27mm and main T 23mm x 35 mm of 30 gauge suitable for false ceiling including GI wire 3 mm thick @ 1200 mm centre to ceter both ways for hanging arragement coplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4 mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building designer boards fixed in ceiling or laid/inserted to timber/GI/aluminun frame complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel such as joist channel angle tee section fixed independently without connecting plates etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplu and fixing in repair 25 mm thick hollow PVC Wall Lining for wall panelling consisting of 1mm thick Plain/ printed colour PVC sheet inclusive fixing with all accessories such as angle , T , U and Y at site as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of old roof treatment of any description including mud phushka, lime, concrete,tiles , cement plaster, padding from roof surfaces etc including cleaning, brushing and watering to joints and grooves and throwing the rubbish material to a distance exc 250 mtr and n exc 500 mtr from the roof of height 3 to 9 m etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete in any description and in any position (unreinforced) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in fillets junction of roof and parapet wall caving slightly chamfered or rounded complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 ( using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding including water proofing compound etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Provn of polymeric water proofing roof treatment to assessable RCC roof described as under and all as specified :- (a) Preparing RCC roof surface and applying one coat of bitumen primer @ Rs. 0.30 Kg /Sqm (b) Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm (c) Laying of water proofing teratment with APP modified polymeric of weight not less than 3 kg / sqm water proofing membrane with non woven polyster mat of weight 160gms/sqm as centre core and without multiple layers of polyethylene, finished on top and bottom with 7 micron thick flammable polyethylene applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on the bottom portion of the membrane unrolled and bonded to substance with side and end laps 75mm and 100mm as per manufacturer’s all as specified. (d) Applying one coat of hot blown grade bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/Sqm over the membrane (e) finally provide PCC tiles 250 x250 x20mmthick machine made over 1 5 mm thick screed in CM 1:4 grouted and pointed in CM 1:3 mixed with and including WPC @3% by weight of cement all as specified (For accessible roof surfaces )

M & L for Provn of polymeric water proofing roof treatment to non assessable RCC roof described as under and all as specified :- (a) Preparing RCC roof surface and applying one coat of bitumen primer @ Rs. 0.30 Kg /Sqm (b) Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm (c) Laying of water proofing teratment with APP modified polymeric of weight not less than 3 kg / sqm water proofing membrane with non woven polyster mat of weight 160gms/sqm as centre core and without multiple layers of polyethylene, finished on top and bottom with 7 micron thick flammable polyethylene applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on the bottom portion of the membrane unrolled and bonded to substance with side and end laps 75mm and 100mm as per manufacturer’s all as specified. (d) Applying one coat of hot blown grade bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/Sqm over the membrane ( e) Applying aluminium paint in two coat @ 100 gm/sqm in each coat on finished membrane surfaces complete all as specified and directed at site .

Cutting chases pinning in brick/stone walling/RCC and making good by CM in 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregated) for inserting bituminous tar felt cutting not exc 10cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plate form of water tank etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling PVC water tanks exc 250 ltr but n.exc 500 ltr complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and and fixing, hoisting PVC tank of 500 ltr capacity incl. check nuts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplied and fixed in repair PVC float valve assembly including assessories with float valve 20mm dia (Make prayag) complete all as specified and directed.

Supplied and fixed in repair GI tubing 20 mm bore medium grade with all fittings fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or rubbled stone masonry including all qoins arches , pillars etc built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M &L Brickwork with subclass 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in Cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
