Supply , install , testing and commissioning of Iron Remval Plant outdoor for capacity of 45000 LPH/ 10000 GPH direct in- line type dual media filter system, activated carbon filter system having raw water Fe containt 3.0 PPM and treated water should have less than 0.3 PPM with all necessary civil work for foundation, Pit for valve, hardstanding for operation and maintenance, drainage for backwash water upto suitable locaiton not more than 50 Mtr from IRP at sect D area as per direction of Engr in Charge alongwith the parameters mentioned below(Rates quoted to be inclusive of all the above parameters) (a) OXIDATION CHAMBER - 01 No (i) size of dia not less than 1200 mm x 1000 mm ht (ii) Thickness of shell, Dish & Bed plate @ 6 mm , 8 mm & 8mm respectively (iii) Media - MnO2 (iv) Distribution system with PP umbrella stainers with PVC nuts & bolts for mounting into strainer plates (v) Valves - 02 Nos isolation valves for each filter vessel & 01 No air release valve (vi) Type and no of guages provided - 02 os (b ) DUAL MEDIA FILTER - 01 No (i) Dia of the filter 1800 mm x 1800 mm ht with thickness of shell and dish @ 6 mm and 8 mm (c) FILTER MEDIA with Anthracite, Filering sand, crushed gravel, Pebbeles of various sizes with distribution system of header & lateral collector system to rensure the required values (d) 05 Nos isolation valves for filter media for each filter vessel & 01 No air release valve and 02 Nos gauges provided (e) IRON REMOVAL FILTER - 01 No (i) Dia of the filter1500 mm x 1800 mm ht with thickness of shell and dish @ 6 mm and 8 mm (ii) filter media as MnO2, filtering sand, Crushed gravell, Pebbels of various sizes with distribution system of Header & lateral collector system to rensure the required values. (iii) 05 Nos isolation valves for filter media for each filter vessel & 01 No air release valve and 02 Nos gauges provided (f) AIR COMPRESSOR 01 No of motor 5 HP and cap 21 CFM (g) CHLORINE DOSING SYSTEM (h) Dosing pump of type Electronic metering - 02 Nos (1W + 1S) of cap 0-10 LPH @ 3 Kg / cm2 with dosing tank - 01 No of cap 200 ltrs made of HDPE mtrl (j) supported with pressure gauge line mounted , Glycerin filled, pressure sensing by diaphragm, dia of dial 100 mm - 01 each per vessel mounting on 1/2" NPT, complete all as specified and directed. Note- Rates quoted by the bidder shall deemed to be inclusive of necessary alterations to the existing pipelines to connect the inlet and outlet of IRP like reducers, tees, bends etc including cuttings, weldings wherever required to complete the installation.

Supplying & fixing to walls and ceilings or laid in floors 100 mm nominal bore, medium grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for non-rising stem type sluice valves having double flanged for connections of nominal pressure (PN 1.6) as per IS 14846: 2000 of preferred materials, nominal size 100 mm including nuts, bolts, packing sheets etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated cable for working voltages of 1100 V, PVC sheathed, armoured, 3 core with reduced neutral conductors (3½ core), nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 16 sqmm, stranded aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098(Part-I): 1988 including cable glands, lugs etc. to suit the cable size and to be laid in trenches, fixed along pole, under floors, through GI pipe laid under floors/roads, through concealed GI pipe along wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to earthing lead of 4.0 mm dia galvanised mild steel wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron from earth plate to test point upto 7.5 metre including all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete chamber in cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate, precast RCC cover slab in cement concrete M15 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate of size 40 cm X 40 cm X 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia bar, GI funnel, GI wire mesh filter, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of earthing lead, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/ strata and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in surface channels and drains in M15(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point
