Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of HT 11 KV, 3 phase 50 Hz, Outdoor Type, totally enclosed metal clad switchgear complete with Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) having rupturing capacity 350 MVA, overload and earth fault protection, ammeter, voltmeter and of rating upto 630 Amp, horizental draw out type, with copper bus bar, self supported insulated bus bar, manual/motor operated spring charging mechanism with 230V AC motor control switch, mechanical ON/OFF indicator operation counter, authmatic safty shutters and push bottom as per IEC and IS resign cast dry type CT and PT, indication lamps for RYB VCB OFF/ON/Auto trip/Trip circuit healthy/spring charger including RCC/PCC foundation/platform as per manufacturer instruction (unit quoted rate shall also be inclusive of foundation/platform) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Transformer, step-down, 11/ 0.433 KVA complete, outdoor type, copper wound capacity of capacity 400 KVA (Level-2) complete all as specified and directed. The transformer shall be as per IS:1180 Part Level 02 comprising with the following specifications:- (a) Earthing terminal,raring and diagram plate. (b) Air release device (c) Oil filling inlet pipe with plug. (d) Drain outlet pipe with brass gate valve with dummy plug. (e) Conservator tank with level gauge. (f) Silika gel breather. (g) First fill oil upto the recommended level by the manufacturer. (h) Type of connection: Star Delta. (j) Type of cooling : ONAN (k) Vector Group : DYN 11 (l) In addition to the above all fittings are to be provided as per latest IS norms. (m) Making of RCC/PCC foundation/platform for the transformer as per Manufacturer instruction. (Quoted rate shall also be inclusive of the same).

M&L for taking down existing distribution transformer (11/0.433 KV) of any rating , make, model & description from existing platform by disconnecting all electrical & mechanical connections from the transformer after taking necessary shut down from the Dept. lifting & keeping aside and reconnection of all HT/LT electrical & mechanical connections including earthing strips and charging the transformer to supply electricity to the station on temporary basis and increasing the height of existing distribution transformer from 2.00m x 2.00m x 0.30m to 2.00m x 2.00m x 1.00m height including construction of ramp for consisting the weight of transformer in one side (as directed by the engineer-in-charge and gradient shall be as per site requirment) with sub class B brick built in cement mortar 1:6. The ramp shall be built over 100mm PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 over 100mm thick hard core over rammed earth including necessary excavation & earth work. Top & sides of transformer platform & ramp shall be plastered with 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement. Finally reshiefting & connections the transformer to the platform after completion of civil works complete all as directed by the engineer-in-charge. Note:- Cost of requisit T&P/machinery etc. for completion of the job shall be included in the quoted rate of the item. No extra amount shall be paid on this account.

Supplying, errecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of redoxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this sch)

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm stone aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm stone aggregate as in foundation mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm stone aggregate in coping to pole including form work all as specified and directed.

S&F GOD, Triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 amps suitable for 11000 volts (11 KV) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Expulsion fuse (Drop out fuse) for current rating upto 200 amps suitable for 11000 volts (11 KV) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp suitable for 11000 volts (11 KV) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade.

S&F Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr width and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 3 mtr deep for excavation of poles and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning , filling in incl spreading, leveling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soils.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed as a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M&L for sand cushioning using dry and clean tibba sand in two layers, first layers of 80 mm thick before laying of cable and second layer of 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches/ducts including consolidation of each layers complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness only will be measured and paid.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover cass HV, Type - 1, flat of size size 300 mm x 180mm x 40mm thick, concrete grade grade M-20 minimum, all as specified and as directed.

Cutting the existing road straight by manual 50/80 mm dia dore, depth and width not less than 1 Mtr below ground level for passing of underground cable and filling back with excavated soil up to 75 % road portion and 25 % shall be made with cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate stone complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of GI tubing light grade in protection of cable at road crossing /hard standing/pole protection fixed with clamps as per site requirement etc all as specified and directed of size 80 mm dia bore.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (11 KV) Earthed, grade cross sectional area of size 150 Sqmm x 3 Core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.22 here- in -before but of size 120 Sqmm x 3 Core.

Supply and fix in replcement of Street light Digital timer comprising of incoming cable termincal, MCBs, timer, contactor, outgoing termincal duly prewired and accessories housed in MS box outdoor type of capacity 40 Amps TPN, 3 pole, 230 volts contractor rating 32 Amps TP complete all as specified and directed including installation and testing .

S&F stay assembly comprising of 7/10 SWG galvanized MS stranded stay wire of required length, minimum tensile strength 70 Kg/mm (grade-2 quality) fixed to pole with and including FI clamps,bolts, nuts, washers, galvanized steel stay rod 20mm dia 180 cm long bow 400 x 14 mm nuts/bolts, washers all gal-vanized and two nos thimble, loop insulator of size 65 x 90 mm vitreous, clearance dia of hole 16mm, stay plate of size 230 x 230 x 6 mm including necessary excavation and earth work PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundatin and disposal of surplus soil, upto 50 M complete all as specified and shwon in plate No-1 of MES SSR Pt -I, and directed.

Supply and installation CPRI approved LT Electric control panel, cubical type, for outdoor use, double door dust & vermin proof floor mounted made out of CRCA steel sheet of 3.15 mm thick and 2.00 mm thick other parts and angle iron legs of size 50mmx50mmx6mm having front and rear hinged doors with front openable shutters for each MCCB/Change Over with spreader & extended rotary handle having hinges on one side and locating arrangements with screws type on other sides completely with fully enclosed bus bar chamber, having electrolytic high conductivity insulated bas bar made but of aluminium strips of rating 800 amps for 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 C/S 4 wire system, with cable entry provision, with suitable lugs gland, voltmeter , Ammeter and phase indicator complete, duly painted with two coats of stove enameled powder coated paint over as coat of red oxide primer complete all as including necessary PCC work of height 45 cm from the ground level all as specified and directed. M & L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600x600x3.15 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level, connected to machinery/equipment etc and incl copper strip 20×3 mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, protected with and incl 50 mm dia light grade GI pipe, 20 mm dia GI pipe (Medium grade) for watering, necessary earth work. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 concrete pit, RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 pre-cast cover (54X54X5 cm) duly reinforced with and incl 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 150 mm c/c both ways, one lifting handle made of 8 mm dia TMT bar, embedded in pre-cast cover slab all as specified and shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR Part-I incl testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

S & F HT cable route/path indicator made up of cast iron with round shape 150mm dia and 3.00mm thick and be provided at a distance of 100m at cable joints & turning and shall be fixed on MS angle iron of size not less than 50 x 50 x 5mm size. The cable route/path indicator shall be painted with BROWN colour and imposed as "HT 11 KV" in the centre of the round CI plate complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of earth pit with all connected items complete and removal of materials from side all as directed by the engineer-in-charge.
