Supply, laying, jointing and testing of LT XLPE Cable of cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 core, suitable for earthed system, stranded aluminium conductor , 1100 Volt grade , heavy duty with XLPE insulated PVC sheathed with Galvanized steel strip armoured , conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I) with latest amendments laid in trenches/fixed to wall/pole/laid in floor including necessary connections and suitable size of thimbling complete including taking out old cable complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 2.00 above but size of the cable 25 Sqmm, 4 core. (Note for item No 1 and 2 : (i) Exacavation & earth work, cable cover & sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately under relevent item of this BOQ. (ii) The necessary cleaning of surfaces for laying of cable shall be carried out by contractor . Rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be including of above aspect and no extra payment shall be admissible on this accoount.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide, and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth in soft / loose soil for foundation, laying of cables or pipes (where provided) for protection of cable or fixing poles and stays and struts and including trimming of sides and forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading , levelling, watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm thick in soil complete .

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete.

M & L for local sand cushioning, with dry and clean sand, over and under the under ground cables in trenches, ducts for cable protection including consolidation, 80mm thick to the authorized width as per SSR-Part-1 before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable and punned down to 180mm after laying complete. Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose.

Supply and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV type I, flat, size 250mmx 150mmx40mm for cable protection cover, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable, perpendicular to the direction of cable complete. NOTE :- (I) Cable cover shall be ISI marked and make as approved by GE . (ii) Testing of cable cover shall be carried out by contractor as per IS before incorporation in the work .

Re-laying only old bricks obtained from dismantling of cable, for cable protection cover, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable , perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying GI tubing, light grade, 40mm bore complete with all fittings for cable and earth continuity strip protection laid in trenches/fixed to poles/along wall/under road/across the drain complete including taking down old pipe of any size/type.

M&L for making the hole under road and hardstanding suitable for laying and inserting pipe upto 80 mm bore pipe of any length by mechanically drill system or Auger system and making the surface good as per existing surface complete all as directed.

Supply, fabricating, installation, testing , commissioning and electrically connecting Type tested LT panel Board of size 100 cm x 100cm x 50cm, 415 volts, factory made, dust,vermin proof for out door type made out of SS304 sheet 3 mm thick except inner sheath of 2 mm thick without powder coated machine pressed both side opening in two halves with rubber beading including aluminium bus bar of size 40mmX20mm( 1Amp=1Sqmm) capacity 4 strip mounted on porcelain insulator bus bar chamber, provided with inspection covers, each MCCB /cubical switch shall have independent opening, panel shall be mounted an angle iron frame and legs made from angle of size 40x40x5mm frame including lifting arrangement and legs duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, grouted in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) complete including all connections /control wiring incoming/outgoing with suitable size of copper conductor cable comprising and including M&L for following accessories including testing and taking down old LT panel and accessories complete all as directed:-

S&F of LT cable junction box insulated and made out of polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced and size shall not be less than 200 x 160 x 98mm, environment friendly, recyclable, halogen and silicon free, anti acid and anti corrosive, rated for degree of ingress protection IP 66 in accordance with IEC 60529, the gasket material shall be polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. Junction box shall be complies with requirements of the standards IEC 60998-1, IEC 60670-22 and IEC 60670-2-5 the JB colour shall be according to RAL 9011. The manufacturer of JB/ enclosure shall submit a copy of IEC certificate, for better safety of the polycarbonate, encl shall be fire retardant and self extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60695-2-11, DIN VDE 0304 part 3, UL subject 94 for flamability V-2. It should be tested and glove wire test for 96˚ centigrade. The impact strength of polycarbonate enclosures/ boards i.e the degree of protection against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298-98 for IK 08 including MS clamps with chromium plated of suitable size to fixe on existing pole, 04 pole connector and MCB SP 'C' curve 6-32 Amp to control light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S & F energy saving LED flood light fitting of 120 Watt , 6000 K all as per SYSKA Cat part No SSK-BLS-CF-120w or equivalent model of any make given in Appx 'B', Cat Part No. as approved by GE complete all as specified with high 120 watt LED Lamp complete fitting with driver , LED strip and all other accessories etc , PF>0.95 with voltage range 140 to 270 Volt, suitable for direct mounting approx 15m height taking all safety measures including necessary bracket, complete with and including GI bracket made out of 40 mm dia light grade GI Pipe - 01 No, MS clamp - 02 Nos, bent to shape including two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of primer and making electrical connection with providing of 4 Sqmm copper conductor cable of suitable length and testing complete all as per including taking down old unserviceable existing light fitting of any type and capacity from pole along with accessories. (Note:4 Sqmm cable shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground to depth of pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal / coal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and connected to GI strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel including GI protection pipe 40mm dia light grade upto the extent of 7.5 metre and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board including GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for watering, MS funnel and bringing out the watering pipe upto 30 cm above the normal ground level plugged at top including all fitting including PCC earth pit with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC pit cover including necessary earthwork and excavation in any type of soil complete all as specified as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion and dismantling of old earthing complete. Note :- (a) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 m away from earth pit. Pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (b) 32 x 6 mm GI strip and 40mm dia light grade GI protection pipe upto 7.5 metre shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply installation, commissioning and testing of LT junction box, Polycarbonate, CPRI approved OEM shall be made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES OF SIZE 60cm X 40cm X 30 cm, 415 V which shall be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, clause 10.2.4, panel shall be anti-acid & anti corrosive, degree of protection against mechanical load shall be IK08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262, the manufacturer of board/panel shall submit a copy of CPRI TEST REPORT IN POLYCARBONATE OF DEGREE OF INGRESS PROTECTION IP65 in accordance with IEC 60529, the gasket shall be internally embedded made of polyurethane, the manufacturer of board/panel shall submit a copy of TYPE TEST REPORT of a board made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60439-1, the CPRI report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily: Temperature Rise, Dielectric Properties, Short circuit withstand current – Rated peak & short time withstand current and Rated Conditional Short Circuit Current, Effectiveness of Protective Circuits, Test Reports submitted of other material of construction like MS, SS shall not be applicable. Guarantee and warrantee certificates shall be accepted only from original manufacturer. The panel shall pass glow wire test 960 degree C in accordance with 60695- 2-11 [flame retardant and self-extinguishing. Make- Hensel Electric/Rittal/L&T/Schneider. The panel drawing shall be be needed to be approved before incorporation. After installation it shall be verified by company person. It shall be suitable for 200Amp aluminium Bus Bar and cable size Upto 95 Sqmm, mounted on angle legs of size 25x25x5mm frame and legs duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, legs grouted in PCC(1:2:4) Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete including all provision of opening for incomming/outgoing cables and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in Charge.
