Annual aluminum partition work, false ceiling and PVC flooring works etc in the Institute

DOORS:Providing and fixing aluminium anodized openable doors/windows/ventilators in opening of aluminium partitions made of extruded aluminium section as approved by the Institute confirming to IS 733, IS: 1285 and IS: 1868 with shutter frame made from aluminium sections 47.62 x 44.45 x 1.55 mm (for top rail) 46.30 x 45.0 x 1.50 mm (for styles) 47.0 x 45.0 x 1.20 mm (for lock rail) and 114.30 x 45.0 x 1.50 mm (for bottom rail) including jointing with extruded aluminium cleats, neoprene weather stripping gasket and beveled edge beading /screws and partly covered with both sides laminated board 12 mm thick Eco/Greenply/ Archid or approved equivalent make of 3’0” heigh including all fittings of superior quality (decorative type) and approved make such as door handles, tower bolts, door stopper, concealed door lock, brass pivoter etc, complete including applying a coat of lacquer, duly fixed as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. With providing and fixing 5.0 mm thick transparent / translucent / one vision float glass sheets of good quality like Modi/Triveni or approved equivalent make. Rates are inclusive of powder coated aluminum sections ( minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron and colour will be decided by Institute)

PARTITIONS: Providing and fixing anodized fixed door, windows, ventilators, partitions and like made out of extruded aluminum section as approved equivalent make confirming to IS:733, IS:1285 and IS: 1868 with peripheral members of size 63.50 x 38.0 x 1.2 mm and internal members of size 63.50 x 38.0 x 1.2 mm for internal members including jointing with extruded aluminum cleats, neoprene weather stripping gasket, beveled edge beading, screws and partly covered with both sides laminated board 12mm thick Eco/Greenply/ Archid or approved equivalent make of 3’0” height including applying a coat of lacquer, duly fixed as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. SLIDING WINDOW ( Two Track): Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding window made out of extruded aluminium section as approved by the Institute conforming to IS: 733 IS:1285 & IS:1868 with outer frame 63.6 x 38 x 0.90 mm and the bottom track frame of 'H' section size 45.00 mm x 1.3 mm and shutter frame of Aluminium interlock section and handle section of size 41.5 x 19 x 1.3 mm including Ball bearing rollers of superior quality guides locks including all fittings of superior quality such as handles, tower, bolts, hinges etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer in charge duly fixed in wall with 16 x 3.15 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in C.Cblocks of 15 x 10 x10 cm size (CC 1:3:6) with bolts and nuts as required. With providing and fixing 4.0 mm thick transparent / translucent / one vision float glass sheets of good quality like Modi/Triveni or approved equivalent make Rates are inclusive of powder coated aluminum sections ( minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron and colour will be decided by Institute)

ALUMINUM SLIDING WINDOW (Three Track): Providing and fixing anodized aluminum Three track sliding window made out of extruded aluminum section of conforming to IS: 733 IS:1285 & IS:1868 with outer frame 103 x 25 x 0.90 mm and the track frame of size 45.00 mm x 1.3 mm with providing and fixing two shutters of 4.0 mm thick transparent / translucent / coloured / one side vision float glass sheets of good quality like Modi / Triveni & one shutter using mosquito mesh of approve quality and bottom and top track size 103 x 19 x1.3 including Ball bearing rollers of superior quality guides locks including all fittings of superior quality such as handles, tower, bolts, hinges etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. Rates are inclusive of powder coated aluminum sections ( minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron and colour will be decided by Institute)

Mosquito mesh frame: Providing and fixing fly proof window mesh of Galvanised M.S. Wire gauze with 0.63 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture on both sides fix between the frame made of Aluminum Z section size 41.5 x 19 x 1.3 mm with U channel of aluminum (number of intermediate horizontal member will be decided by Engineer-in-charge as per size of window and site conditions) as approved by the Institute conforming to IS: 733 IS:1285 & IS:1868 etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. Rates are inclusive of powder coated aluminum sections ( minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron and colour will be decided by Institute)

Removing the existing aluminium partitions/doors from various locations as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge

Refixing of old removed aluminium partitions/doors from various locations at desired palces including all material and labour required for cutting to required shape and size and refixing etc. complete as per the direcxtions of the Engineer-in-charge

Minor repairnig of existing Aluminum partitions, doors, windows. Mosquito mesh frame etc as required.

Providing and fixing hydraulic door closer ISI mark of brand Everite or approved equivalent make as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 5.0 or 4.0 mm thick transparent/translucent glass sheets of good quality like Modi/Triveni or approved equivalent make in existing aluminum partition, doors, windows etc wherever required as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.
