Providing and fixing factory made panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. M.S. frame covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC ‘C’ channel of size 30mm thickness, 70 mm width out of which 50 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on both side forming styles and 5 mm thick, 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail.

Cleaning of existing sanitary pipe alignment of 160/110 /75 mm dia in vertical and horizontal direction of all floors and all heights by opening door bend , clearing the deposited obstacles including rodding and refixing the doors with new rubber washer and jointing the same job includes replacing door covers bolts and nuts wherever required to arrest the leakage all as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge(opening of each door bend and removal of blockages including above operations will be measured as one job.)

Cleaning of Under ground water storage tank or sump or over head tank of any capacity by following method: (1) Empty the tank/sump and make it to near dry, (2) Apply bleaching powder uniformly ( tank capacity @ 0.50gms/liter) surface of inside the tank/sump perfectly by removing scales on walls and wait for one hour (3) after one hour clean/rinse at the tank/sump with fresh water ,repeat the above process , (2) and (3) for two to three times , (4) remove the mud/silt/sludge and garbage from the tank with specified sludge pump, (5) spraying anti bacteria agents on walls to kill harmfull bacteria. Rate includes for all above operations including the equipment and material required for cleaning all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of exisitng sewer lines, manholes etc. Cost includes all labour for removing the silt, slush, waste etc. and rodding the sewer lines and manholes by mobile sewer rodding equipment/manually from manhole to manhole to clear the blockage, chokages etc for proper functioning of sewer lines( The payment shall be made for removal of blockages in between manhole to manhole as one job with all above operations.)

Dewatering the cable Duct manhole with required Heavy Duty Pump motor and removing the waste materials /Sludge/dust if any etc, Cleaning the duct walls , flooring surface and tansporting the waste materials to the dumping yard beyond the municipal limits by mechanical means. All the above operations should be done by arranging proper baricading, safety banners etc., and diverting/controlling the traffic wherever required, adopting all human safety norms without any distrubance to the general Public, moving vehicles etc., complete all as per the directions of Engineer- in-charge.
Sealing of the cable duct way inside the manhole to arrest the leaking of water through the duct as per the following ways:
(i)The duct way should be sealed through UNIPLUG SN (rapid setting multipurpose cementitious compound)along with rigid PVC pipe for initial setting . It shall be left for 24 Hrs.
(ii)Next day the proper grouting inside the duct should be done with the cement slurry mixed with EXPACEM SN2, CONFLOW SNW-1 as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. After the completion of grouting the PVC pipes should be cut to the surface and should be plugged with UNIPLUG SN compound. All the above operations should be done by arranging proper baricading, safety banners etc., and diverting/controlling the traffic, adopting all human safety norms without any distrubance to the general Public, moving vehicles etc., complete all as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. In case of droplets comming out from the cable the necessary Sealing may also be get arrested with MSeal. or any other proper approved Sealing material as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
