Dismantling the raised/ false access flooring along with floor panels, the modular frame work including pedestals, base plates, stringer system, nuts, bolts & weldings etc and stacking the materials obtained therefrom at a designated place as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Sub-Head : Earth Work

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All kinds of soil

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

Brick work with non modular fly ash bricks of approved manufacturer, class designation 7.5 average compressive strength in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Coarse Sand)

Sub-Head : Cladding Work

Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding/ wall panelling in pan shape in metalic/ matt finish colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF/ Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. For the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the wall panelling with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.

Sub-Head : Wood and P.V.C. Work

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISi, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing roller blinds of Vista make or equivalent make of Classic/ Screen series with bottom and top channel, machine, head rail and decorative cassette in windows including cost of all labours, materials and fixing charges all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Sub-Head : Aluminium Work

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) consisting of tee/ angle sections, of approved make conforming to IS : 733 in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessary C.P. brass/stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall with stainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I. level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-charge (level adjusting hangers, ceiling cleats and expansion hold fasteners to be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing 6 mm dia. G.I. level adjusting hangers (upto 1200mm length), fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40x3mm size 60 mm long and stainless steel expandable dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long, complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete.

Providing and fixing Brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers without pair of handles (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868. Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) sub frame work for windows and ventilators with extruded built up standard tubular sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia and size (Dash fastener to be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring (heavy type) of Godrej or equivalent conforming to IS : 6315 with stainless steel cover plate, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors wherever required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing concealed tower bolt of required size for Aluminium Door including necessry cutting and making good the same etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door/ partitions using glass of Saint Gobain, Asahi or equivalent including fixing of patch fittings with lock package and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Door fittings, Patch fittings & lock package to be paid separately).

Sub-Head : Steel Work

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete.

Providing and fixing anchor fastner M-10 with plastic sleeves of approved quality and required size including drilling of hole in frame , concrete/ masonry, etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Sub-Head : Flooring

Providing and fixing removable raised/false access flooring with system and its components of approved make for different plenum height with possible height adjustment upto 50 mm, comprising of modular load bearing floor panels supported on G.I. rectangular stinger frame work and G.I. Pedestal etc. all complete, as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge consisting of:

(a) Providing at required spacing to form modular framework, pedestals made out of GI tube of thickness minimum 2 mm and 25 mm outer diameter, fully welded on to the G.I. Base plate of size 100mm x 100mm x 3mm at the bottom of the pedestal tube, G.I. pedestal head of size 75mmx75mmx3.5 mm welded with GI fully threaded stud 16mm outer diameter with two GI Check nuts screwed on the stud for level adjustment upto 50mm, locking and stabilizing the pedestal head in position at the required level. The pedestals shall be fixed to the subfloor (base) through base plate using epoxy based adhesive of approved make or the machine screw with rawl plug.

(b) Stringers system in all steel construction hot dipped galvanized of rectangular size 570x20x30x0.80mm thick having holes at both ends for securing the stringers on to the pedestal head using fully threaded screws ensuring maximum lateral stability in all directions, the grid formed by the pedestal and stringer assembly shall receive the floor panel, this system shall provide adequate solid, rigid support for access floor panel, the system shall provide a minimum clear uninterrupted clearance between the bottom of the floor for electrical conduits and wiring etc. all complete as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

(c) Providing and fixing Access Floor panel of 600x600x32 mm medium grade Filled Steel anti static high pressure Lamination of 800H grade (FS800H). Access Floor panel shall be steel welded construction with an enclosed bottom pan with uniform pattern of 64 hemispherical cones. The top and bottom plates of Steel Gauges: top 0.6 mm and bottom 0.7 mm fused spot welded together (minimum 64 welds in each dome and 20 welds along each flange).

The panel should be Corroresist epoxy coated for lifetime rust protection and cavity formed by the top and bottom plate is filled with Pyrogrip noncombustible Portland cementitious core mixed with lightweight foaming compound. The access floor shall be factory finished with Anti-static High Pressure laminate with Non Warp technology upto 1mm thickness for superior adhesion and Surface flatness within 0.75mm.The panel is to withstand a Concentrated Load of 363 kgs applied on area 25mm x 25mm without collapse in the centre of the panel which is placed on four steel blocks. The panel will withstand and Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL) minimum 1250 kg/sqm and an impact load of 50kg all complete as per the approved manufacturers specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. All specification must be printed on the side of the panel to ensure the quality of the product.

450 mm Finished Floor Height (FFH).

Providing and fixing 2.0 mm thick antistatic homogeneous PVC sheet plain coloured of approved quality (Wonder floor, Tusker, Krishna or equivalent) in flooring on sub-floor using rubber based adhesives of approved quality and manufacture like Dunlop S-758, Fevicol SR-998 or equivalent including cleaning the sub-floor, stretching the sheet, cutting, fitting, levelling and drying of base and rolling with light wooden roller weighing not less than 5.0 kg, connecting the carbon layer of the sheets with copper strips of minimum size 75x25mm at ends of all joints and connecting the strips with copper wire of approved diameter for making earthing all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (The finished surface area of vinyl flooring will be measured for payment).

Seam welding the antistatic/ plain PVC sheets in flooring longitudinally as well as transversely using PVC welding chord by hot welding air gun, cutting excess of welding chord, if any, making the surface smooth including cost of all materials, T&P, carriage complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing, in raised access floors, flexi air flow grill having oval/ approved type perforation made of non combustible material and coated with anti dust epoxy. The grill panel is of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 35 mm and shall be made from mild steel oval perforated top and a specially designed side channel section which houses a pre-punched top perforated sheet, heavy duty vertical mesh is provided to support the grill at regular location to ensure flatness and high load carrying capacity. The floor panels should be made from 0.70 mm thick mild steel sheets 40-micron epoxy coated compatible with existing raised access floor panels. Panel shall be capable of withstanding 0800 lbf point load and conforming to Master specs standard for raised floor. It shall also have volume control aluminium damper fixed to the bottom either sliding type or oppossed blade type controlled from top without lifting the grill from its installed position. The grill panel shall be cut to required sizes wherever necessary. Grill panels will be numerated for payment.

Sub-Head : Roofing

Extra for providing and fixing wind ties of 40x 6mm flat iron section.

Providing and fixing plain multipurpose cement board (High pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceiling etc. complete (frame work to be paid separately).

6 mm thick Cement fiber board, Type-B, Category-Ill as per IS: 14862:2000

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50mm (base metal of minimum 0.45mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS:277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories of total coated thickness 0.50mm (base metal of minimum 0.45mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete:

Sub-Head : Repairs to Buildings

Making the opening in brick masonry including dismantling in floor or walls by cutting masonry and making good the damages to walls, flooring and jambs complete, to match existing surface i/c disposal of mulba/rubbish to the nearest municipal dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

For door/ window/ clerestory window.

Shifting and re-fixing of scaffolding of any size from one place to another as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing/ placing of old usable ceiling tiles obtained from dismantling of old ceiling system in existng ceiling frame work (frame work to be paid for separately) all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges for providing and fixing aluminium work consisting of old usable tee/ angle sections obtained from dismantling in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessary C.P. brass/ stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall with stainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I. level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-in charge (level adjusting hangers, ceiling cleats and expansion hold fasteners to be paid for separately).

Supplying & engaging unskilled labour along with T&P for cleaning of roof, chajja, rain water pipe mouth, drains & removing trees & plants etc as & when directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning the access floor panels of raised/ false access floor, removing the stains including that caused by fire using non-acidic floor cleaning agents, cleaning all dirts and dusts complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Sub-Head : Conservation of Heritage Buildings

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.

Sub-Head : NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND MATERIALS

Providing and fixing mineral fibre false ceiling tiles at all heights of size 595X595mm of approved texture, design and pattern. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, Light Reflectance > 85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Fire Performance as per (BS 476 pt - 6 &7)in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped all round galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @120 gsm) comprising of main T runners of 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size 15x32mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x600 mm suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel item (galvanised @ 80 gsm) 50 mm long 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm,

spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’. The system should rest on periphery walls /partitions with the help of GI perimeter wall angle of size 24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick sheet, to be fixed to the wall with help of plastic rawl plug at 450 mm centre to centre & 40 mm long dry wall S.S. screws. The exposed bottom portion of all T-sections used in false ceiling support system shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint, for all heights. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawings and as per directions of the engineer-incharge.

Sub-Head : Furniture Works

Supplying/ providing and assembling at site Xpress Office/ Orbit of approved colour, panel and tile based L-Type (Penta) modular work stations/ Cabins of Godrej or equivalent of size 1200 mm x 1200 mm(W) X 600 mm(D) made of post framed (exterior grade) boards , module height 1200 mm with partition 52.4 mm thick on spine including powder coated aluminium trims,23 mm panel along depth in asile condition fixed to powder coated MS frames with standard tile configuration as fabric magnetic top tiles and plain metal bottom tiles. Curvilinear work top shall be prelaminated particle board of thickness 25mm at a height of 750 mm with clear dimension of 1200 mm(W) X 600 mm(D) with PVC edge banding/ lipping on all sides. Every work station unit shall be provided with CPU trolly with castors, Nova pedestal flat metal front of full height free standing central locking of size 435 mm(D) x 646 mm(H) x 390 mm(W) with two nos drawer box and file cabinet with locks and handle/ knob, concealed conduits inside the blocks for carrying the wires up to the panels etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying/ providing and assembling revolving chair at site like "Starr" of cushion back Model of Godrej or equivalent of approved colour of length 65mm(L) X 65mm(D) X 87.90 mm-99.90 mm(H) with seat height 42.50mm-54.50mm, thick cushion seat and back, centre tilt synchronous mechanism with tilt tension adjustment, poly propylene abuse resistive armrest and 100% VOC free power coating etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Supplying/providing and assembling at site multi unit shoe cabinet S29 of Godrej or equivalent comprising one main unit of size 990 mm(W) x 900 mm(H) x 350 mm(D) having 5 nos. fixed shelves slightly tilting downward to accommodate approx. 25 pairs of shoes, double leaf shutter with handle, auto hinges and one seating unit of size 485 mm(W) x 450 mm(H) x 350 mm(D) with in-built cushion of 50 mm thickness at top having 2 nos. fixed shelves slightly tilting downward to accommodate approx. 4 pairs of shoes, single leaf shutter with handle, auto hinges. The whole unit is made of prelaminated particle board of approved shade 18 mm thick except the back panel which is 9 mm thick with ventilation all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
