Taking out old unsv LT cable/conductor all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing or passing through pipe, XLPE 1100 volts grade heavy duty underground cable with PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire 10 sq mm 2 core normal cross sectional area complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note : All minor spares such as cable gland, aluminium lugs etc & minor jobs such as cutting, welding etc is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

All as per item No 2 here in before but of 4 core 16 sqmm.

Supply only street/security light bracket made out of 40mm dia light grade 1.5mtr bent to shape for fixing on any type of pole/wall with clamps nuts and bolts complete all as directed by engr-in-Charge. Make of GI pipe shall be Jindal/TATA/Swastik. Note:Cost of necessary GI items such as reducer, coupler, etc. required to be fitted with GI bracket so as to proper fittment of luminaries with bracket is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix weather proof aluminum conductor 6 sqmm 2 core, flat cable for connection from looping box to street light fitting. Make :-Grandlay/Havells/Polycab.

S & F in replacement of old unvs box Street light control junction box 280x170x130mm from cable looping box to the connector of the luminarie made out of FRP sheet and arrangement 3 phase 4 wire system with R.Y.B.& N studs and control for incoming & outgoing cables with MCB SP 10 Amps 230 volts with neutral link including flat iron 25x3 mm “D” clamps (2 Nos) suitable for mounting of box to pole /Angle of required size & shape including bolts nuts & washers.”NOTE: - The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of suitable size incoming & outgoing cable glands & lugs.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m depth for laying of CI / GI pipes iiue in trenches and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in trenches including , leveling water and all raming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

M & L sand cushioning (dry sand) to underground cable for cable protection 23 cm thick in two layers (8 cm thick before laying of cables and 15 cm thick after laying the cable and punning down the sand to 18 cm thickness.). Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Only punned thickness 18 cm of sand shall be measured for payment purposes).

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV,type 1 flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm all as specified and directed by engr -in-charge.

Taking down old unsv fitting and supply and fix LED flood light fitting 120 watts, IP65 class with separate integral driver and with pressure dia-cast aluminium housing all as per Crompton Make, Cat Pat No JETAIRISFLS120WLED757APNBLTG or eq in Havells/Bajaj/HPL. NOTE - The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of minor spares and misc jobs to be carried at site for fittment of luminarie.

Supply & fix power contactor 3 pole, type ML-3, with 2 NO + 2 NC aux contacts with standard coil voltage 415 volts, Rating 40 Amp as per Cat No. 90721 of M/s L & T or eqivalent in M/s Siemens/ Schneider/ABB including testing connecting commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and disconnecting unsv. timer, supply, fixing and commissioning Digital type Time switch having sleek MCB shaped design with front display and DIN rail mounting, power reserve for atleast 1500 hrs, operating voltage - 240 V AC, 50 Hz, working temp. upto 55 degree celcius complete with all accessories. Make - L&T Crono, CAT No. - 67DDT0 or equivalent of makes as specified in list of makes.

M&L for application of two coats of aluminium/Metal Black paint on steel tubular/rail pole of 9/11/13/15 M long externally after removal of old paint, rust, dust, oil, grease or any other foreign deposits by paint removers or burning off by blow lamps, cleaning with scrapers and chemicals for removal of rust for any number of coats of any width or girth incl. numbering of poles in blackbase & white letters paint and incld. painting five no. strips upto 30 cm on bottom of pole with black and red colour paint alternately all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out steel poles/struts/PCC poles of any size incld demolition of PCC foundation complete.

M&L for erection of internally and externally hot dipped galvanized 3 MM thick steel sheet (grade S355JO) 7 Mtr long 'smart poles' of octagonal cross-section with integral camouflaged junction box for incorporating control gears with flush door with necessary locking arrangements, having base plate-220x2260x12MM to be grouted on suitable size shallow foundation with M-15 concrete with 750 MM long 04 Nos. 20MM dia. bolts and 4MM anchor plate, mounted with pole top mounting spigot type hot galvanised single arm street light mounting bracket Single arm bracket 1000 mm in length all as per instructions and technical specifications of OEM and to the complete satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Make-Bajaj, Cat Ref. No. - BOP-7030 or of equivalent makes specified in the list of makes.

Material & Labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D- 2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation filling & mass concrete for poles/struts/stays assembly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B - 1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in coping pedestal to poles including provision of necessary frame work finishing the expossed surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of unserviceable cross arms of MS Chanel/angle sections etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structual steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicted and inclusive of one primer coat one under coat and two finishing coat of aluminium paint.

Restringing and Fixing ACSR Conductor reinforced of any size to proper sag incl binding on insulator all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Cutting & trimming of tree branches any girth and size around overhead lines to a clear distance 1.5 mtr both sides of overhead line with in a 25 to 40 mtrs span gap of HT/LT lines including clearing the site all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electric plate No.I including loop type insulator, stay clamps etc complete all as specified & directed with diameter of stay 20 mm of stay rod complete all as specified & directed. Note: - Loop type insulator, PCC foundation, Exc & earth work & GI stay strand will be measured and paid seperately under relevent items of Sch 'A'

M & L for earthing with galvanised iron earth plate of size 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground not less than 2.25m below normal ground level,earth plate packed on all sides with charcoal mixed with salt in alternate layers of 15 cm thickness connected by galvanised iron earth earth strip 32x6mm soldered & riveted toearth plate, galvanised iron earth strip will be provided by using 50mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade) earth plate to transformer body and neutral or test point of transformer, including flat iron clamp 25x4mm including bolts, nuts and washers complete including watering galvanised iron pipe 20 mm dia 'Light grade' 2.5mm long the earthing includes PCC pit including necessary earth works and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not less than 50m, chamber of PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, coping shall be of PCC 1:3:6 type C-I using 20mm graded stone aggregate, RCC pit cover 50mm thick in1:2:4 type B-I using 20mm graded stone aggregate, rein forced with 8mm dia @ 15cm c/c complete all as shown on sketch No 3 of SSR-I of 2009 and as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Painting to electric control panel of E/M installations by cleaning the existing old paint with the help of spray and mechanical tools such as wire brush, scraper and sand paper from the surface of panel and painting the prepared surface with two coat of synthatic enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified abd specified.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1100 V grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size upto 16 to 35 sqmm, core outdoor type and taking down fault complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make bore to road width for providing GI pipe medium/light grade both end socketed for passing armoured cable complete all as specifed.

Material and labour for galvanized iron tubing size 40 mm bore (Light grade) with all necessary fittings laid in trenches under road crossing or fixed on poles / walls / under floors for cable protectioncomplete all as specfied and as directed. Make:- Jindal. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix LED All in one solar street light fitting 30 W with inbuild Lithium ferro phosphate bettery 12V, 21AH with inbuild BMS technology, MPPT Solar charger controller as fitted all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M & L for Servicing of solar power system capacity of 5 KW capacity at site complete, including refilling of distilled water in all betteries and replacing broken/ u/s panel making good surface and fixing in original position as per existing model/size and testing to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for refilling of distilled water in battries all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.
