Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out for laying of pipe cables etc,. and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI steel tubing and connection including fittings cleaning for refixing complete all as specified and as directed for 25mm bore

M&L for DI fittings any type such as bends( any type radious and angles) reducers Tees Y pieces collars caps plugs and straight connecting pieces upto 150mm bore all as directed.

Taking down valves/meter chamber cover complete with frame from the existing location and removing to store for safe custody for reuse or for issue under sch of credit.

M&L for valve chamber cover with frame and locking arrangement made out of angle iron or other section and MS sheet with welding of holdfast etc. including hinges fabricated MS is not less than the thickness of frame all as specified including preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. (Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A)

Taking down existing sluice valve with flanged end cast iron body including repair/renewal of spare parts valve spindle, spindle nut, caps, gland rope, gland studs, rubber gasket during process of repairing & same fixed on existing line complete all as directed for 150 mm bore

Ditto- all as per above item No 37 but 80 mm bore

Taking down PP-R gate valves form existing pipe line for repair/replacement and removing to store for safe custody or for reuse after repairs or issue under sch of credit of size for 40 mm bore

S & F for PP-R Gate valve (Brass insert) 3 layered (outer green coloured UV stabalized , middle black coloured UV stabalized, and inner most layer white coloured with antimicrobial property )fusion welded PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) gate valve brass, light weight ISI marked as per pre requirement of the site with handle screwed both ends for PP-R Pipes or for unions fixed of grade PN-25 , SDR-7.4 of for 40 mm outer dia complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto- all as per above item No 48 but 20 mm outer dia

Making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc. for pipeline upto 40 mm bore.

S & F in repair of sluice valve 1.6PN size 150mm (6") dia suitable for existing main DI pipe line at Pump house.

S & F in repair of sluice valve 1.6 PN size 100mm (4") dia suitable for existing main DI pipe line at Pump house.

S & F in repair of sluice valve 1.6PN size 80mm dia suitable for existing main DI pipe line at Pump house.

Dismantling and removing damaged portion of brick masonry, PCC coping pits of valve chambers and removing from site for disposal more than 50 mtr where directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brick masonry with sub class B bricks exc 6 meter mean radius in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified.

M&L for PCC coping 1:2: 4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate all as specified.

M&L for rendering with 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth surfaces without using extra cement and all as specified.

S & F in repair unserviceable non return valve from UG sump by means of opening of existing 80mm bore GI tubing after replacing non return valve and make good priming system complete.

Materials and labours for cutting in size and shape making thread or for welding flanges at both ends and jointing of GI tubing 80 mm dia medium grade class 'B' ISI marked.

Material and labour for repair of leakages in existing GI/DI pipe including D joint clamp 80 mm dia bore 6 inches in length suitable for joining GI/DI pipe with all accessories as required on ground, all as per required and directed by engg In charge. Note:- Rate of accessories to be included in unit rate quoted.

Material and labour for repair of leakages in existing GI/DI pipe including D joint clamp 100 mm dia bore 6 inches in length suitable for joining GI/DI pipe with all accessories as required on ground, all as per required and directed by engg In charge. Material and labour for dry river washed and screened dry sand for filling in trenches below and around the cable for cushioning including punning down as specified in relevant clause of SSR Part I. Note :- Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type 1, size flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm all as per required and directed.

Supplying & laying GI Tubing 40 mm dia Light grade pipe with connecting acessories complete in trench for road and on surface/,wall for protection all as dirrected.

Supply and laying & testing and commissioning LT underground cable 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty armored with multi stranded aluminium conductor laid in pipes, trenches/ducts, on poles etc of the under mentioned type and sizes for 16 Sqmm x 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix change over switch 63 Amps ON load in sheet enclosure four pole 415 V to be fixed on wall with FI 32X6 mm, nuts, bolts, washers etc. complete with all electric connection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fabrication of Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint for fixing of change over switch complete all as specified and directed.

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 52,718.00
