Dismantling & taking down ACSR/AAC conductor of any size from LT over head line and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed

M&L XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium multi stranded conductor 1100 volts grade served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall sheather laying in trenches/cable ducts, fixed to wall/pole and including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed of following sizes Note:- (i) Excavation & earth work, new sand, new bricks for cable protection shall be measured & paid seperatly in respective items here- in- before.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cable, foundation etc, and getting out in soft /loose soil all as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling Watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed.

M& L Spreading ribbed soil in trenches as in cable cushioning all as per IS 1255-1983 and as directed. Note :- Excavated approved soil shall be ribbed by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS and refiiling in trenches before laying of cable 8 CM and 15 CM after laying of cable. This is than gently punned down to a depth of 10 cm above the top of upper most cable (ii) For the purpose of measurement only punned thickness only will be considered for payment.

M&L laying bricks 'B' class over a cable (Width wise) old laid dried complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour cutting of metallic road/ hard standing/hard rock/wall up to a size not exceeding 20cm width and not exceeding 60cm in depth for laying of protection pipe for cable including making good the disturbed road/hard standing by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 40 mm grade crushed stone aggregate upto existing surface level or removing the any type of tiles carefully and refixing properly as per existing surface including suitable size of GI pipe (if necessary) complete .Note: 1. If damaged/broken the any type of tiles while removing, the contractor shall replace the broken tiles with new one.2. The Quoted rate is included for all materials/T&P/Machinery used in this item, no material can paid/measured separately.3. All the removable tiles/re fixable material shall kept carefully at a safe place for refixing with in this quoted rate.4GI Pipe shall measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by adopting horizontal boring including supply and inserting of HDPE pipe of 100 mm dia not less than 6kg/cm working pressure confirming to IS allas specified and directed. Note: Depth will not be less than 1.00 M below the road pavement and hard standing boring shall be carried out without damaging the road and hard standing.

Dismantling transformer step down out door type 11KV/433 Volts of capacity 100 to 500 KVA by disconnecting incomig /outgoing cables and ACSR jumpers, opening top end of the unit by unscewing nuts/bolts washers and shifting to other location and reconnected the same as above , make funtional testing complete all as directed .Note :- Labour charge and provision of mobile crane unit for lifting /loading of the transfromer at one site to other site will be includes in items qouted rate.

Supply, lay, test and commissioning of XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire, armoured, heavy duty electric power cable (HTUG), 11000 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3 core 95 Sqmm ( Earthed) including takingout existing unserviceable cable all as specified and as directed.Note - Rates are included with Megger testing of Cable.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor end termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm and testing after jointing including taking out unserviceable joint kit complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor end termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm and testing after jointing including taking out unserviceable joint kit complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for block masonary transformer platform of size 2.0 mtr x 2.0 mtr with height 1.4 mtr above and 0.60 Mtr below GL consistying of cement concrete in foundation of PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, PCC block masonary 1:3:6 in CM (1:4), moorum filling and consolidating inside the block masonery work, 100 mm thick sub base concrete with PCC 1:3:6 and 100 mm thick top PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 & 15 mm thick plaster on side walls in 1:4 CM incl two coats of white wash and providing 4 Nos supporting channel of ISMC 100 of 2.0 Mtr long made of Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A , shifting the transformer to New plateform and dismantling the old plateform of transformer and making good as per existing in yard complete all as specified and as directed. Note - cost of Disconnecting & reconnecting of transformer and Tolls ,Crane for shfting of any capacity transformer shall be includes in qouted rates of items.

Material and labour switch air break, gang operated triple pole, mechanically operated (with GI operating rod), mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level, vertical type for current rating upto 200 Amps on HT 11000 volts working pressure, including locking arrangement with 06 lever lock and painting the steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour preparation of old painted surfaces of 250 KVA capacity indoor / outdoor type transformers with coarse cloth/ brush and painting throughout externally on exposed surfaces with two coats of smoke grey colour synthetic enamel paint or approved colour as directed including writing of SM/MES Number on transformer and transformer details on plinth in white enamel paint on black enamel paint back ground complete including one coat of white wash for base foundation all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable lightning arrestors with new 11 KV Lightning arrestors explusion type complete with all fittings and necessary connection,transmission class, discharge capcity 65 kilo amps complete all as specified. (Set of three)

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including galvanised earth strip of size 25x4 mm (up or 7.5 mtr length) and GI pipe 40 mm light grade for protection of GI earth strip by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers made out of galvanised iron and connected to earth test point as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-1-2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation and earth work any in type of strata available at site, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 for earth chamber, precast RCC slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (xpm) weight not less the (4kg/sqm) funnel with GI watering pipe of 20mm bore medium grade, wire nuts and lugs complete all as speified.
