M & L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footings, bases or columns, raft and faft beams, sides and soffits of fdn and plinth beams and similar work vertical or batter all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

RCC M-30 (20mm graded aggragate) in foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of sides pillars, posts, struts, piers, colulmns and stanchions all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

RCC M-30 (20mm graded aggragate) in Columns, pillars, piers, kposts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, lintel bands etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

S & F for Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment (Fe 410-W, Gde-E250, Quality-A) complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for 2 coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer incl preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed..

S&F Mild steel bolts exc 12mm n' exc 20mm dia , purpose made, with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screw both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 30cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110 mm PVC (SWR ) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls for rain water pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Note :- Eco Boards obtained from item No.26.00 to be re-used

S & F Aluminium powdre coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) Door / window / Ventilator/partition frames and shutters (02 Nos glazed & gauzed), side hung type, without sash bars, standard aluminium grills, necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, handles, locking arrangement etc, complete with standard aluminium sections, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Aluminium section shall be of make Jindal/Hindalco/ Indalco). (Note:- Weight of various Aluminium sections shall only be considered for measurement for payment. However cost of rubber packing given in the item shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. Glass panels, prelaminated particle boards, aluminium wire cloth as applicable will be measured and paid separately as supplied only).

Supply only 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with rubber packing around the glass, in squares n. exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only aluminium alloy wire mesh 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of apeture 1.4mm fixed with aluminium wire staples etc.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2, (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), 150 mm thick as in plinth protection/Sub base flooring, finishing surface fair and even, in panels & filling joints with mortar, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia., but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully, copper/aluminium point wiring (Light, fan, scoket or power) complete, including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, sockets etc., and making good disturbed surfaces of walls floors, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC casing and caping and all accessories fixed to walls / roofs / floors / ceiling etc. and including provision of 1.5 sqmm copper cable as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly, including fabricated steel terminal box made out of 1.60mm thick MS sheet concealed in walls, with 3mm thick laminated sheet top cover/Pre moulded PVC switch board for housing the switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc., all as specified and as directed for the following: - (a) One light point controlled by one way switch

Supply and fix in repair metal enclosure distribution board SPN, 4 way 240 volts, with 200 amps rated bus bar, with IP 42 protection and double door, suitable for mounting MCBs complete all as as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix MCB single pole, 240 volts, 5 to 32 Amps, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB SPN 240 volts, 5 to 32 Amps, all as specified and as directed.

Earthing with 600x600x6.3mm galvanised steel earth plate electrode buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate at a depth of not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to and including G.I. wire 4mm dia by means of bolts,nuts all as shown in electrical Plate No.3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Supply, lay, test and commissioning under ground XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty under ground cable, suitable for earthed system, laying in trenches/duct sleeving through pipe in duct, ISI marked with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volt grade of cross section area 2 Core 10 sq mm.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out Soft/loose Soil

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm soil / hard dense soil.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point Soft Soil / hard dense soil.

Supply & lay cable protection pipe of HDPE double wall corrugated (DWC) incl couplers,bends etc of size 50 mm OD and ID 38mm confirming to IS 14930 -II and ISI Marked all specified and directed.
