PART 'A' (MANNING)

Maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene of MES Offices & Installations, by internally & externally of the buildings by Safaiwala complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Cleaning, sweepings of office premises & removing of cob- webs of the entire office buildings and MES installations (Once in a day). (ii) Dusting of all curtains, office furniture, doors and windows (Once in a week). (iii) Mopping of rooms & Corridors floors. (twice in a day). (iv) Washing of curtains, towels, table cloths, etc.(Once in a Month) (A) Minimum 02 Safaiwala for shift from 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs or as directed by Engineer in charge.

02 Safaiwala (Per shift) wages as per Minimum wages (Area Category 'C') as per as latest notification issued by Government of India/ State Government/ Local body whichever is higher as on bid submission end date.

ESI (Insurance cover) @ 3.25% on minimum wage. If monthly minimum wages are exceeding Rupees twenty one thousand (Rs 21,000/-), ESI shall be exempted on minimum wages at Ser No 2.01. Note:- If the quoted amount in Sl No 2.01 is Rs 700/- or more the quoted amount against this item will be treated as "Zero".

EPF (Employee provident found) @ 12.00% on minimum wage. If monthly minimum wage are exceeding Rupees fifteen thousand (Rs 15,000/-). EPF shall be calculated for amount Rupees fifteen thousand (Rs 15,000/-) only on minimum wages at Ser No 2.01.

Contribution of bonus @ 8.33% on minimum wage at Ser No 2.01.

Over head & Contractor's profit.

Labour cess @ 1% on total amount of Ser No 2.01 to 2.05.

GST @ 18% on total amount of Ser No 2.01 to 2.05.

Cleaning & maintain the hygiene of all toilets & wash bay, drains (used water & rain water) internally & externally. (i) Cleaning of all toilets of MES installations (once in 3 days) (ii) Cleaning the office toilets ( once in a day) (iii) Cleaning the roof of all MES building/Offices, Installations (Once in a month). (A) Minimum 01 sweeper for 01 shift shift from 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs or as directed by engineer in charge

Labour only of 1xCMD for operation / Driving of MT vehicles to attending complaints (Heavy vehicls, Eicher) and for convenience of officers, office vehicle (TATA DI) around the cantonment, area of responsibility and for other office documentation purpose to concern office AOGE Babina cantt and HQ CWE Jhansi, in General shift i.e from 0900 Hrs to 1700 (excluding sunday) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

NOTE (A) for ALL ITEMS:- EPF and Bonus is not applicable for employment of less than 20 employees. NOTE (B) for ALL ITEMS :- (i) Indl should have valid driving Licence with category "TRANS" having minimum 01 year validity period. (ii) Indl should have an active life insurance policy with rider of accidental benefit. (iii) The following points to be remember during operation / Driving of vehicles. (a) Maintain daily cleanliness of all vehicles. (b) Check the oil level and coolant daily before operation /driving of any vehicle. (c) In case of any major break down in veh report to the Concern MTO. (d) Take all safety measures and obey the traffic rules during the driving vehicle. (e) Driving licence /Military driving licence and necessary documents of vehs should be kept in hand during the driving.

PART 'B' (MATERIAL & LABOUR)

Material and labour required for the above service utilised under item sl No. 2.00 and 3.00 as consumable items. (i) Floor cleaner - 500ml bottle per day per building. (ii) Floor cleaning mop - 01 per person per quarter year. (iii) Telescopic broom - 01 per person per month. (iv) Cob-webs Catcher - 01 per building per quarter year. (v) Table duster 600mm x 600mm - 01 per person per month. (vi)Furniture cleaner liquid - As per qty reqd at ground. (vii) Detergent - 01 Kg per month. (viii) Wash basin cleaner - Harpic as per qty reqd at ground. (ix) Basin cleaning brush - 01 per building/quarter. (x) Disposable hand gloves - 01 set per day per person per day or reusable gloves 01 set per person in three month). (xi) Uniform for three persons.

Note for item Sl No. 7.00 i.) All above items will be deposited to the department at a time on commencement of contract .Department will provide the same to the worker as and when required basis. ii.) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, cess, levies as applicable incuding GST.
