Manning of Providing services of Highly skilled person in 1 shifts having ITI, Wireman license and two years of experience in handeling 33KV/11KV substation for electrical maintenance work with proper safety during execution of work, materials requirement, documents, store, metre reading, records of electricity bill, all materials stock records and other works (all to be arranged by contractor)

Manning of Providing services of Electrician (Skilled) in 3 shifts & 1 additional manpower is taken as reliever having ITI, Wireman license and one years of experience in handeling 33KV/11KV substation and in support for electrical Operation & maintenance work of Substation, Pump house and entire campus electrical works (all to be arranged by contractor)

Manning of Providing services of Operator (Semi-skilled) in 3 shifts having ITI, Wireman license & experience in electrical work for maintenance of Substation, Pump house & entire campus electrical works.

Manning of Providing services of Helper (Unskilled) in 1 shifts having experience in electrical works for maintaining electricity supply system of campus functional.

Maintenance/servicing of of 1 MVA 33/0.433 KV oil immersed outdoor type transformer comprising of following i/c testing, as required from OEM/ Authorised Service provider of OEM to make functional in all respect and entire satisfaction of engineer in charge. (a) Rectification and stopping of oil lekage i/c replacement of gasket set if required.(b) Servicing and checking of on load tap changer.(c) Low voltage testing i/c mangetic balance, voltage ratio, no load current, winding resistance etc. complete.(d) Demoisturing of transformer core.(e) Maintenance and repair/replacement of material like Buchholz Relay, Winding Temp. Indicator with 2 Set of Contacts (Micro Switch Type), Oil Temp. Indicator, Winding Temp. Indicator, Magenetic Oil Level Gauge, Insulator(36 KVA Grade), Detachable undrilled Gland Plate, Terminal Bushing(HT), HT End Termination Kit 33 KV(In door & Outdoor Type), HT Straight through Jointing Kit, coil Replacement etc for making the transformer functional .(f) Transformer oil topup and filteration (g) replacement of silica gel as per requirement (h) any other work indicated by Engineer in charge. Note:- uplifting and lowering of transformer from substation to repair center and fro is also inclusive.

Maintenance /servicing of LT panel & Air Circuit Breaker installed in LT panel including resetting and testing of under voltage relay, closing coil, opening coil, calibration, control wiring, Busbar maintenance etc. as required and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge from OEM/ Authorised Service provider of OEM.
