Material and Labour for Repair to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1 Sqm depth incl sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying a tack coat of bitumen emulsion (RS-1, grade confirming to IS :8887 at 3.00 kgs/10Sqm), putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (Including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30mm complete all as speciifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for applying evenly a tack coat of cationic bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) confirming to Is:8887 at the rate of application of 0.2-0.3 Kg/Sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of Morth specification for road and Bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface as specified and as directed by by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Scarifying or Picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm and depth exc 50mm and not exc 100 mm etc complete all as specified and as directed

Providing and consolidating premix Dense Bituminous Macadam with 0-60 TPH batch type HMP using crushed stone aggregate of specfied (Grading-II) (26.50mm nominal size) premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @4.50 % by weight of total mix and cement and cement as filler ,transporting the hot mix to work site ,laying ,rolling to achieve as per desired specfication all as specified and as directec by Engineer in charge.

Material and Labour for Bituminious premix semi dense asphaltic concrete, 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (Paving bitumen of VG-30) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant, rolled with tandem vibratory roller and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechanical paver all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of new or previsously treated surfaces to recieve thermostatic paint laying of road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound with Reflectorizing glass beads on Biotuminous surface, 2.5mm thick including reflectorizing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-1997. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repairs metal tubular delineators made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PAMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repairs 100% water proof solar road delineator pole mounted (Pole size 48mmX1000mm duly powder coated), fixing the same in M 15 grade (type-I) block of size 20x20x30cm(deep) complete all as directed.Make:- DA-112 of Dark eye or equivalent of Sun Eyez/ M/S Texla Plastic & Metal Pvt Ltd./M/s Automat Road Safety Pvt Ltd/3M

Supply and Fixing in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as directed.

Supply and Fixing in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufactures instructions etc all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 100 mm thick Moorum/red bajri filling as in road berms or paving’s as in berms, spread, levelled and rammed including watering etc all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete and paving not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 75mm thick cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of flooring etc complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for machine presssd Pre-Cast concrete interlocking coloured paving Block of glass fibre reinfoced glossy finished vibro compacted any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thick, M-35 grade to match with grey cement and pigment etc complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for Plain cement concrete Type D-2, 1:4:8 with using 40 mm grades stone aggregates as in foundations and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for rubber Moulded Pre-cast Kerb stones of cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (with using 20mm graded stone aggregates) factory made, size, shape, pattern and finished as approved, including rounding, chamfered or half round and bedded of perfectly leveled surface pointed and jointed in CM 1:4 including fixing etc complete all as specified and a as directed

Material and Labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type, B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in copings, Chajja kerbs, roof padding/staging of water tank etc including necessary form work, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for preparing new concrete surface and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm for hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of extra excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 m from the starting point

Supply and Fixing of 75mm PVC, SWR pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints with fittings fixed on walls including dismantling existing pipe line complete all as specified and directed
