REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF SUMMER APPLIANCES, HOT WATER APPLIANCES, DG SETS, AMF PANELS AND OTHER MISC E/M ITEMS INSTALLED AT DIFFERENT LOCATION AT AF STN DADRI UNDER AOR OF GE (AF) FARIDABAD

Attending of day to day Solar Water Heating System complaints taking down, opening up, reassembling, refixing and testing of Solar Water Heating System including replacement of unserviceable parts wherever required at the discretion of the Engr-in- Charge shall be carried out by the contractor for efficient functioning of Solar Water heating System. The cost of material will be measured and paid seperately for replalacement of parts complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Schedule of repair to Solar Water heating System is catered for attending day to day complaints of different items within the prescribed time schedule as decided on complaint slip, failure to attend the complaint within the prescribed time shall attract a penalty of Rs 250 per day per complaint. Note: All repair to Solar water heating system shall be carried out from an authorized person of the manufacturer of the system and proof there of shall be produced to the GE before undertaking repairs. Contractor is advised to visit the site to ascertain the model and manufacturer of system before quoting his rates.

S&F in replacement to hose pipe for solar panel to hot water tank as per dia and thickness suitable for solar heating system of cap available in LPD by clamping/tightening properly for leak proof joint complete all as specified and directed

M&L for repairing of the leakage of solar hot water tank of any capacity in LPD by taking down removing insulation carefully complete and taking to workshop for necessary repair by soldering /welding including replacementhing density (48kg/m3) and K value 0.03W/mk to witn stand temp. upto 250 degree celcius and insulation materials injected of thickness 100mm and refixing of its original position for satisfactory functioning of the unit complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacment to old Unsv Broken solar water heater pannel ( Flate Plate Collector) with new one including necessary welding work and brazing work having 4 mm thick (min.) low iron tempered solar glass with a highly selective chromium oxide absorber plate beneath of the glass duly hosed in a corrosion resistant alumminium frame welded to the bottom of the absorber plate with parallel copper tubes confirming to IS 12933(Part I ) replacment of insulating material all as per exiting density. thickness and K value of capacity 100 LPD for solar water heating system, operating pressure 10 bar incl. civil works and making good the distrubed surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repalacment of self priming monoblock pump set of cap. 0.5 HP single phase 220 Volts. +/_ 6% speed 2780 RPM complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repalacment of broken/rusted steel hot water SS(20 SWG)tank (inner and outer tanks)of capacity suitable for 200 LPD solar water heater including high density (48 kg/M3 ) and K value 0.03 W/mK to with stand temp. upto 250 degree celcius and insulation material injected PUF insulation of thickness 100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) with capacity 1000 litres for make up water of solar water heater complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & laying in replacement Hot water pipe duly (GI) insulated with glass wool and aluminium clading 15mm bore with connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying in replacement Hot water pipe duly (GI) insulated with glass wool and aluminium clading 20mm bore with connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying in replacement Hot water pipe duly (GI) insulated with glass wool and aluminium clading 25mm bore with connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.
