Providing and fitting by way of replacement damaged / wornout electro mechanical parts of 12000 GPH x 250 meter head HC pump pumping station Jib stage-1st (old) way of disconnecting of all electrical connections, decoupling of pump from motor, carrying pump-motor set from pumping station to road side by way of head load carriage and then to work shop by mechanical transportation. Repair to pump shaft by remetalling by welding and then turning and finishing to the original bearing size. Repair to impeller 08 numbers by brazing and finishing, providing, fabrication and fitting of body bushes, neck rings, gland cups, shaft protection sleeves, with chuck nut 2 nos. Providing and fitting of new bearings 7309-2nos. and N309-1no. Job also includes replacement of 01 no. CI check valve 4” dia by providing and fitting of new one of same rating and specifications. Carriage of pump set back to pumping station by using manual labour tools and tackles and mechanical transport Repair to motor starter by replacement of all moving contacts and fix contacts, overload coils, no volt coils ,bakelite and providing and filling 10 liters transformer oil to the starter. Coupling pump motor set and making proper alignment and testing the pump set on load at site. Providing and fitting of nuts, bolts and flanges at delivery and suction side. Testing of pump at site. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges including to and fro carriage / loading / unloading charges.

Repair to 2000 GPH x 200 meter head submersible pump set installed at pumping station Seen Brahmana. The job involves extraction of pump set from the Dugwell by decoupling and extracting all the pipes one by one manually using chain pulley and other tools and tackles. Carriage of pump and motor set upto the roadside and loading and to the workshop in the mechanical transport. Complete job involves rewinding of 10 HP motor. Repair to pump motor shaft by remetalling, turning and finishing, replacement of bushes, thrust pads-1no and assembling of motor. Job also includes dismantling of pump set and extraction of damaged parts. Repair of damaged shaft by way of Remetalling, turning and finishing. Replacement of impellers 15 nos. Fabrication / fitting of new bushes-15 nos. Providing and fitting of new neck rings, sleeves, coupling bolts etc. coupling of pump with the motor and making proper alignment. Testing of pump set in the water tank in the workshop. Job also includes carriage of pump set from road to pumping station and lowering to bore well by coupling and lowering of all the extracted pipes one by one, providing and fitting of new bolts with nuts and washers and replacement of rubber gaskets and making electric connections and testing on load. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, to & fro and carriage charges.
