Preparation of drawings after studying GA drawings of BARC, and preparation of fabrication drawings for each system as per site coordinates after detailed survey, measurement of end co-ordinates for the lines, marking of the dimensions, preparing BOM for drawings and getting approval from the Engineer in Charge. (Size A-2 , Qty- 6 Nos.)

Fabrication and installation of 3 mm thick SS 304 L lining work of existing Dyke at Trombay. The job involves procurement, inspection, testing, supply of complete sheet material, bending, shearing/cutting, forming, edge preparation, grinding, dimensional measurement and matching the formed box to existing Dyke area at ETP, chipping/grinding of the Dyke, erection, cleaning of embedded plates and liner sheets, complete welding by GTAW, inspection, testing, removal & disposal of all temporary structures, cleats etc from site as per technical specification and approved drawings .

Fabrication and installation of 6 mm and 10 mm thick Carbon Steel lining work of DC exhaust blower rooms (Quantity: 2 nos) at WMD Trombay. [The job involves procurement, inspection, testing, supply of complete sheet material, bending, shearing/cutting, forming, edge preparation, grinding, dimensional measurement and matching the formed box to DC exhaust blower room area from all sides ( 4 wall sides , top and bottom) except of cut outs present inside of exhaust rooms as per the approved drawings, erection, cleaning of embedded plates and liner sheets, complete welding by SMAW, inspection, testing, removal & disposal of all temporary structures, cleats etc from site as per technical specification and drawing.

Supply of Pipes, Valves and pipe fittings as per the technical specification and quantity mentioned in annexure

Fabrication, Erection/installation of carbon steel and Stainless steel pipes. ( pipe size from 15 NB to 150NB , Pipe laying and bending and installation work only) ( Support fabrication, welding of flanges and other fittings is another item)

Welding of Carbon Steel pipes with root and final weld pass DP of finished butt welds .

Welding of SS304L pipes with root and final weld pass DP of finished butt welds with full Argon back purging arrangements.

Dismantling and safe disposal of old /redundant structures and pipe lines. (existing 150 NB sch.40 Carbon Steel pipeline below Cirus Jetty and at LLT corner area : Dismantling of existing 150 NB Sch.40 Carbon Steel pipeline ,100NB SS pipeline along with it's valves and pipe supports and it's safe disposal in drum by cutting in to small pieces Dismantling of old structures and pipe lines.)

Providing and fixing precoated Galvalume Roofing profile sheets of approved size, shape and pitch of corrugation as 5% total coated thickness (TCT), (KLT CRIL HISPAN) profile in 0.5 mm 5% total coated thickness (TCT) in CRCA base steel (IS513) of minimum yield strength of 550 MPa, hot dip coated with an alloy of 55% Aluminium +43% Zinc to 150 gsm alloy coating mass (total both sides i.e. AZ 150) as per ASTM A792 M/AS1397 applied with chemical conversion coating followed by 5µ (micron) primer coating on both top and back surfaces and finished with Polyester paint of 20 µ (micron) (DFT) on exposed surface, METASHIELD Organic Coated sheets. The sheets shall be screwed to main purlins or grids with STSD screws conforming to AS3566 class 3

Providing and fixing 6 mm acrylic sheets in pump house. Acrylic sheet ,100 % cast, prime grade, clear, 6 mm thick
