Design, Engineering, Supply, Fabrication, Erection, Testing, commissioning and handing over of 1 no of 15 passenger stretcher Cum passenger lift as per the following specifications including taxes and duties.(Gearless lift with machine room) ,1.Location: Thiruvottiyur Scheme.2.No of lift: 1 no. (Gearless).3.Type of lift: stretcher Cum passenger lift.4.Capacity of lift: 15 persons /1020 kg conforming to 14665 (part 1) 2000.5.Speed: 1.00 M / Sec6.Type of drive: V3F drive with enhanced ride comfort and near zero level functions7.No of floors: PS+5 Floor8.Total travel: 3.0 mts x 6 Landing = 18 mts.9.Leveling accuracy: high level accuracy with smooth and jerk free stopping .10. Construction of CAR: No. 4 hardened sheet high quality stainless steel car and hand rail granite flooring and Perspex false ceiling.11. Position of machine: directly above the lift well.12. No of landing service: One in the front side- 1 no.13. No. of car entrance: one in the front side only.14. Car entrance door: power operated automatic V3F drive center opening sliding SS door.15. Landing entrance door: power operated V3F drive center opening sliding SS door with provision for emergency exit key at all landings.16.Lift well :As per structural design conforming to IS 14665(part1) 2000 to be constructed by the Building contractor.17.Lift pit depth: conforming to 14665 (part 1)2000.18. Car inner size, Total weight of person and Overhead height : conforming to 14665 (part 1)2000 .19. Car clear opening: 900 mm wide x 2000 mm height as per IS 14665 (part 1)2000.20.Lift machine room size: as per ISI 14665 (part 1) 2000 to be constructed by the building contractor. 21. Power supply: 400 / 440 v three phase 50 Hz AC supply for power and 230 V 50 Hz single phase power supply for light.22.Control: micro computer (micro processor):based simplex collective control with / without attendant .23. Car fittings: CFL lighting with 1 no 300 mm sweep cabin fan.24. Lift well: RCC construction with brick masonry to be constructed by the building contractor.25. Induction: UP / DOWN digital direction and floor position indicator for all landings in all floors and inside the car. 26.Emergency alarm bell: battery operated bell to be provided with automatic charging device .27.Emergency light: battery operated light to be provided with automatic charging device.28.Fire mans switch: to be provided at the GF.29. Minor builder works: to be provided by the lift contractor.(S&F of bulk head, 5A switch, light point, wiring 2 of 2.5 sqmm at every floor and machine room lighting, 4way/8way/12 way TPN DB, fuses of required capacity) and other requirements.30. Scaffoldings: to be provided by the lift contractor. 31. Sill angles and facia plates: SS to be provided by the lift contractor. 32. Steel for lift machinery: to be provided by the lift contractor.33. Servicing and maintenance: free comprehensive servicing and maintenance for one year Guarantee period to be provided by the lift contractor.34. Automatic rescue device: to facilitate the landing of the nearest floor at the time of power failure this shall consist of suitable battery system with charger inverter under voltage protection system etc. complete with all accessories and single phase preventor specifying to IS norms.35. Provision for intercom with phone: to be provided by the lift contractor.36.Lift license: preparation of drawings payment of charges to CEIG and insurance policy for both lift & body if any and obtaining CEIG approval for the lift as per lift act should be done by the lift contractor.37. Earthing as per ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.10 meter class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 40mm with copper earth plaste of sitze 125mm x50mmx6mm with necessary funneling arrangements with necessary masonry work and with 36mm RCC cover slab for the brick work etc complete in all respects .

Supplying and laying of 3 1/2 x 70 sq.mm PVC LTUG armored cable of approved brand having ISI mark on post (or) wall with MS clamps etc complete in all respects.

Supply and run of 25mm x 6mm GI strip Flat Down Condutor with necessary clamps / supports on wall / floor /ground for earth etc complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officer.
