Construction of Road from Katanki Gram to Rambari (2.100 KM)

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 30 meters outside the periohery of the area as per Technical Specification clause 201 .

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetationgv, grass, bushesh, shurbs,sapling and trees of girth upto 300 mm removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned , upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm thickness as per Technical Specification clause 201 .

Dismantling of existing structure like Culvets, bridges , Retaining wall and other structure comprising of masonary , Cement concrete , wood work , steel work including T &P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material , disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 meters.

Compacting Original ground Supporting Subgrade (Loosening of the ground a level of 500 mm below the sub-grade level , watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Table 300-2for subgrade construction)

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2.

Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic excavator CK 90 and tippers with disposal upto 1000 m (Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers , trimming bottom and side slopes in according with requirements of lines , grades, and cross section and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000 m)

Construction of Embankment with Material Deposited from Roadway cutting ( Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structure graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.1 and 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m.

Construction of Granular Sub- base ( for grading -I Material) by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor graded on prepared surface , mixing in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density . complete as per Technical Specicification

Providing laying, spreading and compacting stone graded stone aggregae to Wet Mix Macadam of specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant , carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers with paver in Sub base / Base coarse on well prepared surface and Compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Prime Coat over WMM/WBM ( Providing and applying Prime Coat with SS1 grade Bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of Base Coarse including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 Kg/sqm using mechanical means.)
