Fixing only in adjustment & repairs / replacement of all following sanitary fittings, plumbing items leaking to stop-cock, bib-cock, swan neck tap, pillar-cock, gate valve, PVC connection, CP connection, CP 2 way and 3 way connection of auto flush for urinals from union, speeder etc by replacing the worn out rubber / PVC washer for 15 mm bore, making fully functional the leaking flushing cistern single / double symphonic type of any description of any size and taking down carefully chromium plated bottle trap, waste coupling, PVC / GI Waste pipe of size 32 / 40 mm dia waste water connection to WHB / urinals, senser taps, etc and removing all accumulated materials from the trap etc cleaning properly and refixing in the same position complete all as specified and as directed. Note for item No 65 & 66 (i) The rates quoted in the above item includes cost of T & P & petty materials for repairs like Nails, Screws, fevicol etc complete. (ii) Adequate tradesman /supporting manpower shall be deployed by contractor and they shall be present on all working days including Saturdays and holidays from 0930 hrs to 1800 hrs for maintenance of above mentioned work. The The supervisor /site engineer of the contractor shall be forwarded detailed insturctions by concerned AGE/JE every morning for attending complaints on daily basis.
