Demolition of brickwork, concrete work, RCC work built in cement morter, cut to reinforcement at any place and height as directed by EIC. Complete in all respect.

Providing, mixing and applying epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20 sq.m. / kg of approved make on chipped portion of RCC surface as per specification and direction of EIC, complete in all respect.

Taking down old damaged plaster in cement lime or cement mortar for any thickness. At any place and height. Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

M&L for cement plastering of 10 mm thk.avg. at 1:4 ratio at any place and height, fair finished complete.(Cement Brand : ACC / Ultratech / AMBUJA or it's equivalent )

M & L for Dubbing out average cement plaster (1:4) 10mm thick on irregular face of ceiling and walls at any place and height. All complete in all respect as directed by EIC. (Cement Brand : ACC / Ultratech / AMBUJA or it's equivalent )

Demolition of Mud/ damaged water proofing layers etc. of in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof). Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) with 12.5 mm coarse aggregate, at any place and height, complete in all respect as directed by EIC.(Cement Brand : ACC / Ultratech / AMBUJA or it's equivalent )

Preparation of old plastered ceiling surface for internal painting and applying priming with alkali resistance pariming paint. All complete in all respect as directed by EIC. Brand of paint as directed by EIC.

M & L for distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/ litres , of approved manufacturer of required shed and colour complete , as per manufacture specification. Two or more coats on surface. All complete in all respect as directed by EIC. Brand of paint- Berger Paints, Dulux Paints, Asian Paints or it's equivalents)all complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Preparation of new plastered ceiling surface for internal painting and applying two coats of white wash with approved adhesive. All complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling board (any type and thickness) / insulation board including cover fillets. Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

S & F of Anodised aluminium snap grid (600x600mm) frame work for false ceiling all as specified. All complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Fixing only of Anodised aluminium snap grid (600x600mm) frame work for false ceiling all as specified.

S & F of 10mm thk PVC insulation panels with EPS stuck to 1mm plain PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of Aluminium/G.I./M.S. as per specification and drawing. All complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

S & F of 3 mm thk. translucent white acrylic plastic sheet in skylight frame, fixed with screw/ clip. at any place and height. All complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

S & F of Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws. Complete as directed.

Dismantling of plain /Corrugated / semicorrugated steel sheeting any gauge and thickness, in roof covering. All complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

M&L for fixing of 1.25mm thk plain galvanised mild steel sheeting in ridge, hips, valley gutter, drip, straigt flashing with grade of zinc coating 275. All complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates. straight / circular shape including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) complete all as specified.

M & L for Setting coat 3mm thick, over cement plaster 1:2 trowelled to even and smooth finish. Complete.

M & L for preparation of new surface and applying two coats of black japan paint over steel surface. Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Removing the demolished building material outside the factory premisses.

Recovery of old /damaged / dismanteled steel/galvalume roof sheet/ gutter etc.
