Supply and Install and testing of silent diesel engine driven generating set 100 KVA Capacity 415 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire, engine as per IS:10001/10002 altenator as per IS :13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic Starting on AMF failure control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms and foundation etc of capacity 100 KVA Diesel Engine Model CRDI Four Cylinders Inline, Liquid Cooled, Turbocharged with after cooled and eveloping 156 hp @1500 RPM Engine is with Electric Start, Compression Ignition, 4 stroke Cycle. Designated to run continuosly at 1500 RPM. It confirms to IS 10002, ISO-3046, BS 5514 standards. All design Engines are comply with Latest CPCB IV. The Diesel Engines are compriseising of followings Radiators with fan Fuel Injection equipment with Ekectronic Governor Dry type Air Cleaner Exhaust Silencer, Lub oil filter (Spin On Type) Fuel Oil filter (Spin On Type), 12V Electric starting system, Battery charging altenator, Stop solenoid Lube , Oil pressure Gauge Cylinder, Head temperature Gauge, Battery VoltageK - Cool Super Plus coolantfirst Fill Lube OiB) complete all as specified and directed.

ALTERNATOR :- Alternator, suitable for continuosly duty operations rated at 1500 RPM 415V, 0.8PF,50 Hz,3Ph in SPDP Enclosure, Self-Excited & Self-regulated, Brush less, 'H' Class Insulation, Floor mounted with anti frication Shielded Ball Bearing on end. The Alternator conforms to IS:4722, BS EN 60034-1 suitable for tropical conditions. (C) BASE FRAME:- suitable to couple above Engine & Alternator made from steel sheet metal. (D) FUEL TANK :- 08 Hours Capcity for continuous running with Diesel fuel Inlet & Outlet, Air Vent & Drain Plug arrangements. (E) BATTERY:- 1 No 12V Battery with Leads all as specified and directed .Note :- 1. Any fitting /fixture are deemed to be included above which are required for its proper functioning 2. Necessary foundation for installaiton of DG Set shall be provided as per manufacturer recommendatios and cost deemed inclusive of the rates quoted above. 3. DG Set should automatically start when AC main fails and load should also transfer on DG set automatically and also switch off while main AC ON. 4. The contractor shall provide Engine operation/ maintenance and spare parts alternator warranty certificate and Engine test certificate. 5. Silencer & oil tanks shall be of original make of prime mover. 6. DG set will automatically shut down on receipt of main supply. 7. In case of failure of auto relay, suitble management shall be made for manual operations through manual change over switch.Change over switch and cable shall be measured and paid separatelly. 8. DG set will get disconnected and locked out automatically on engine not starting due to some defects within 30 seconds of main supply failure. Necessary audio & visual signals to be given. 9. When DG set not starting, main supply connectors to be energised without time delay on restoration of main supply. 10. All wiring of relays and central wiring will be of copper conductor of suitable cross section, voltage rating and number. 11. Cost of Pre commission testing of DG Set including cost of Fuel, at the time of testing of DG Set by IEM deemed to be including in quoted rate. 12. Before dispatching of DG Set factory inspection should be carried out by rep of Accepting Officer.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised MS strip 32 X6 mm as earthing strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nut and washers of galvanised iron or steel at all joints as shown in Electrical Plate No-3 of SSR Part I including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, GI pipe 15 mm dia light grade protection pipe, chorcoal filling, common salt, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in chamber and RCC precast cover 60mm thick (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm dia graded crushed stone aggregate, reinforced with 8mm to steel bars @ 75 mm c/c both ways with MS handle 12mm dia, GI funnel and wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering and connected to earth Test point including testing on completion and payment will be done only after complete testing and getting result of earthing less than 01 ohm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation including necessary form work, Plastering, and two coat of white wash etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 ( using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in base, foundation of the pole, including necessary form work, Plastering, and two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in repair /replacement XLPE Insulated , armoured, electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, laid in trenches, fixed on poles/walls or passing through pipes including provision of necessary lugs and glands & making necessary connection including taking down old unserviceable cable of 50sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.
