SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I [ B/R WORKS]

Taking down cement Plaster , any description, on brick walls or stone walls,etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick Rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Preparation of new surfaces of wall by vacuum based sanding machine and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces using mechanical tool/auto roller all as per manufacturer instruction and including necessary scaffoldings etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: All work shall be carried out by approved applicator of paint manufacturer only. The same shall be approved before carrying out the work from AGE(I). Contractor should submit Auth applicator certificate before execution of work.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for brick tiles of aapproved colour fixed to walls and including 10mm thick backing coat/ rendering in CM 1:3 and pointing with approved shade coloured cement complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work etc of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for mild steel rolled section as fencing posts,vertical posts etc (beam,angle,tee section channel or flat section ) and simmilar work including neccesary cutting drilling conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, and hooking ends and welding where required and binding with and including mild steel wire (annelaed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for RCC 1: 2;4 nominal Mix (using 20mm graded agregate) as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions and work in rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete for post and struts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zink primer including removal of existing surface by blowing or any other tools etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for razor blade galvanised punched type concertina coil of dia 610mm when stretched with No. of circles 50, No. of clips 230 with weight 8.75 + 5% kg/coil and recommended and average coverage area is 6.00 RM/coil. with a galvanised coating thickness of 12 micron fixed in position and secure to both sides of shaped angle iron post 2.642 mm GI wire complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for complete removal of existing treatment on walls including washing down, rubbing down by vacuum based sanding machine and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces using mechanical tool/auto roller all as per manufacturer instruction and including necessary scaffoldings upto G+1 etc etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: All work shall be carried out by approved applicator of paint manufacturer only. The same shall be approved before carrying out the work from AGE(I). Contractor should submit Auth applicator certificate before execution of work.

Removal of building materials/debris from 1.5mtr to a distance of out side of 5.0 KM etc complete all as specified and directed.
