Overhauling/servicing, cleaning of end suction type centrifugal pump and motor (12.5 hp) capacity of 54 m3/h, 2900 RPM, head 35 meter with 165mm impler dia from its foundation duly decoupling the suction and delivery lines, valves, differential pressure switch, pressure guage including inspection of LT panel comprising of all measuring instruments strater, MCCB, MCB, making good all minor defects brought to serviceable condition for operation of motor pump set at site. Dismantling and strip opening the complete pump and sort out the defective spares cleaning/serviceing the pump by replacement of defective spares like Brass Bush-02 Nos, Ball Bearing of existing size-02 Nos, studes, foundation/Pump Nuts bolts & studes of existing size and other packing material, greasing all spares. necessary lathe machinary and welding work. Refixing and alignment with motor on its original location including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1. Test of jokey pumpset shall be carried out in present of Engineer-in-Charge, user and contractor for smooth functioning. 2. Major parts shall be measured and paid saperately in respective items. 3. Minor parts deemed essential shall be inclusive in quoted rates.

Taking down carefully defective/brunt out electric driven Motor Centrifugal pupming set of 12.5 HP capacity Crompton Greaves Ltd Make from its base duly disconnect the electrical and mechanical connections and isolate the defective motor from pumping set, transport the same to civil workshop. Diamantling/opening the motor and rectifying the defective spare parts like bearing and taking out the burnt out stator winding. Cleananing the slot and complete servicing the motor. Re-winding the stator with suitable size of super enamelled copper winding conductor including chamber till to achieve the satisfactory result. Re assembling the same after replacement relevant spares liike cooling fan and existing ball bearing including testing the same at workshop. Transport the same to site and reconnect all disconnected connections including mounting and recoupled with respective pumps and base plate including complete painting with approved paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Maintenance, servicing, testing and servicibility of building fire fighting system by checking functioning of, fire alarm panel 10/12 zone with PA System, battery, amplifire, wall mounted speaker, manual call bell, Electric panel, measuring instruments, wiring, MCCB, MCB, push botton for each floor of G+4 building, complete and replacemnt of defective spares like batery, fire alarm switch, speaker, manual call bell MCB and MCCB complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (02 Nos at each floor of G+4 building 37 towers) Note:- (i) Servicing must be done with the authorised agency who are working in fire fighting systems and activities. (ii) After servicing one demo/dummy activity to fight with fire accident/Hazards should be given to the user of building tower incharge/RWA. (iii) Major replaced spares will be saperately under respective item. (iv) Minor parts deemed essential shall be inclusive in quoted rates.

Maintenance, oiling, greasing, servicing, testing ad servicibility of building fire fighting system by checking dry and wet riser branch connection of hose pipes, bottom fire hydrant, hose pipe nozzal, male, female coupling of fire brigade 3 way inlet, butterfly valve, sluice valve, gland packing etc of G+4 building complete and replacement of defective spares like Butter fly valve, hydrant landing valve, house reel, pressure guage, pressure switch, sluice valve, gate valve complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (02 set of each tower G+4 building and 37 towers) Note:- (i) Servicing must be done with the authorised agency who are working in fire fighting system and activities. (ii) After servicing one demo/dummy activity to fight with fire accident/Hazards should be given to the user or building residance/MES NCOs as directed by Engineer authority. (iii) Major replaced spares will be paid saperately under respective items. (iv) Minor parts deemed essential shall be inclusive in quoted rates

S&F wall mounted 4 watt ceilling/wall speaker complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Agni or similar specification in approved by Accepting Officer.

S&F in replacement pressure guage 4" dial 0-14kg/Cm2 rating complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Febig, Guru etc as approved by GE.

Supplly and installation of pressure switch of existing specification and range for pump sets with required size piping, globe valves, plugs and bronze check valve with orifice in clapper & suppliment air chamber with complete assembly as per requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (As per sample) Make : Danfoss, Siemens, Honey well

M&L for replacemetn of stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union and fixed size 25mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 63mm fire hose male/female coupling gun metal as per IS-903 with ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Approved by GE

S&F CP hose pipe 63mm dia for fire fighting with male and female coupler of GM in std size 15/30 meter complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Newage, Dunlope, Cosmos, Minimex.

S&F fix Gun metal fire brigade inlet connection (suction colleting head) consisting of three Nos 63mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Agni, Minimex, Safex

M&L for taking out 80mm sluice valves refacing, regrinding, greasing and replacing of gland packing and refixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for taking out 100mm sluice valves refacing, regrinding, greasing and replacing of gland packing and refixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
