M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and thereafter applying with roller one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke, soot ,moulds, moss and efflorecent salts and treating oil and gresy spots and thereafter applying one coat of oil bound distemper with roller complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and thereafter applying with roller two coat of oil bound distemper including application of wall care putty for smooth finish etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L white cement based wall care putty as required on wall / ceiling new or old surfaces of any description finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke, soot, moulds, moss and efflorecent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and thereafter applying one coat of plastic emulsion painting with roller complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm / litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489 : 2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre / 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre / 10 sqm over new / old surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The aforesaid treatment shall be got executed by the contractor from the authorised applicator of the manufacturer(s) and also necessary authenticated documents on account of above shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE. Make :Asian / Berger or techno commercial or techno commercial equivalent as approved by GE.

M & L preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any desription, not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

M & L preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any desription, not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement or cement lime mortar plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for ready mix plaster 10 mm thick on internal faces of bricks or concrete surface including including preparation of wall surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.
