Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1: 6) on other than fair faces of brick work surfaces and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Anodized aluminium sliding glazed window shutter (double leaf glazed shutter and single leaf mosquito proof shutter each in single frame work) without sash bars with anodized aluminium shutter of section 40.00mmx20.00mmx1.10mm thick and window chowkat of section 92.00 mm x 29.50 mm x 1.20 mm thick including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, snap beading, screws, handle, tower bolts and locking arrangement etc. and 5.5 mm thick sheet glass, tinted quality on panel and aluminium anodized wire cloth for mosquito proofing, 0.45mm nominal dia and average width of aperture 1.40 mm fixed with aluminium screws and tacks and making good to disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F interlocking aluminium power coated snap grid consists of main Tee runners of size 38mm x 25mm x 1.00 mm spaced 1200mm centre to centre and cross Tee of size 25mm x 25mm x1.00mm, 1200 long spaced between the main Tee at 600mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200mm x 600mm and provide a secondary cross Tee 25mm x 25mm x 1.4mm (of length 600mm) to be interlocked of the centre of 1200mm x 600mm panel to form a grid of 600mm x 600mm and wall angle 25mm x 25mm x 1.5mm . Aluminium alloy extruded section shall be aluminium anodized ( minimum 15 micron) and shall conform to IS 733, IS 1285 and IS 737, and providing and fixing with Hangers of 4mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length ) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long size of grid 600 x 600mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F12 mm thick Armstrong "Armgyp" gypsum board fixed or laid/ inserted to aluminium frame work as in ceiling flat or sloping with screws (desirgn and colour as per engineer in charge directions) complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness(Below or above ground level) un-reinforced complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixing with metalic hardener as per manufacturer's instruction as in floor finish even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Metalic hardener shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item.)

Supply only metalic hardener complete all as directed.

S&F 1.5 mm thick aluminium dividing strips and width of strip 22 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40mm graded crushed crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as directed.

Material and labour for MS framed work such as walk way, railing etc with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged in to spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders and similar works complete all as specofied and directed

M&L for rolled mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washers etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes and painted with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint complete, tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS joist, channel, angles or Tee section fixed independently with out connecting plates as in incinerator including distance pieces, cleats etc. and including necessary fabrication, cutting to shape, drilling and welding complete conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E 250) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge/thickness in roof or wall covering complete all as directed.

S & F pre - painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified and as directed.

S & F pre - painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge fixed with self tapping screws as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls including brooming down , applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

Taking down carefully steel shutter area not exc 10 Sqm with roller and refixing the same in same position after repairing and greasing complete all as specified and directed
