Laying 3mm thick APP membrane having non-woven polyester matt at core and under surface coated with plastic polythene film. Laying shall be done using butane torch maintaining 100mm side overlap & 150mm end overlap, sealling all overlaps complete including treatment at all junctions & corners. The membrane shal be tucked into groove on vertical plane and groove sealed with cement mortar. The treatment shall be provided upto 200mm height above finished floor Note- The membrane shall have tensile strength of 700N/5cm in longitudinal direction and 450N/5cm in transverse direction at 23 degree celcius, Flow resistance>120 degree celcius, dimensional stability, < 0.5% when tested as per ASTM D 5147. The laying of the membrane shall be done through authorized applicator of the manufacturers' (ii) Again applying hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm over water proofing membrane. (iii) Dusting dry sand @ 0.75 Kg per Sqm and applying two coat of silver paint over the membrane. (iv) Prepration of surfaces and applying two coat of aluminium solar reflective paint of complete surfaces.

Step 1 : Mix the putty powder by adding 40-50% water and mix it with Asian Paints Trucare Putty mixer (Trucare Putty mixer with min 1400W power having mixer rod of industrial stell garde 45 with the mixing capacity of min 2.5kg putty per minute). M&L for one coat of acrylic waterbased interior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr(undiluted)/10 sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco or equivalant having an electric motor of min. 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subbsequent quotes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of smooth acrylic Interior premium emulsion with rich matt finish having voc less than 50 grams per ltr complying leed criteria @ 1ltrs (undiluted)/10Sqm diluted with water in 2:1 ratio applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application of Asian Paints Trucare Garco or equivalent having an electric motor of minimum 1HP with a flow speed of minimum 1ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300psi. Allow 6-8hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent quotes.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PPSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface to achieve excellent application using limited manpower complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer.
