Supply, Installation, testing and Commissioning of Cubical Type Main Distribution cum Starter Panel, Indoor Type suitable for 415 Volt, 3 phase 4 Wire, 50Hz AC Supply System fabricated in compartmentalised design from 2MM thick CRCA Sheet of Size for frame work and covers, having gland plate not less than 2mm including cleaning and finishing complete with powder Coating in approved shade, having Main Bus Bar not less 250A capacity. The bus Bar shall be of electrical grade Aluminium, high conductivity fitted on DMC/SMC bus bar supports with short circuit withstand capacity of 31MVA for 1 Sec. Bottom base Frame of MS Section shall not be less than 75MM In Height. Entire panel shall have a common copper earth bus of suitable size at the rear with Earth stud on Both Sides, solid connections from main bus bar to switch gears with requires size of Aluminium Bus bar (Wherever required) and control wiring shall be done with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor single core cables. Dismantling of existing L T Panel and electrical system after disconnecting incoming and outgoing connections, removing the existing material using labour tools and tackles etc. as per site requirement.

Charges for shipping the panel up to the site including labour, lifting charges, loading and unloading charges and other charges for shifting the panel up to the place it has to be installed.

Fixing of the new LT Panel with base frame at the site with the help of fasteners / welding and grouting of nut bolts and including all other work as per site requirements.

Making the incoming connections to both incomers the Panel by making required Cable connections between the main supply and the panel after laying and proper thimbling etc. of cable including providing & fixing of consumables as per requirement.

Fabrication and supply of base frame made out of angle iron of suitable size for fixing the above starters and suitable for making outgoing /incoming cable entries in the starter panels. It should be duly painted and ready with provisions for installing at the site.

Supply of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE Copper conductor Armoured power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size as required (Make: Havells/Grandley/Polycab) a) 3C X 16SQMM

Laying & Fixing of one number PVC Insulated & PVC sheathed XLPE Power Cable of 1.1KV Grade of following size on wall surface including proper clamping etc. as required a) 95sqmm to 185sqmm

Laying & Fixing of one number PVC Insulated & PVC sheathed XLPE Power Cable of 1.1KV Grade of following size on wall surface including proper clamping etc. as required a) upto 35 Sqmm
