Providing and fixing of GALVANISED DOUBLE GUARD W BEAM METAL CRASH BARRIER/GUARD RAIL Comprising Of 2 nos. Corrugated sheet metal beam Rails having 330mm width (Cold rolled framed) of thickness 3mm , fixed 675 mm ( top of rail ) and 1350mm ( top of rail ) above road / ground level fixed on ISMC Series Channel vertical post, having size 150mm x 75mm x5mm and 2050mm high should be embedded 700mm below ground / road level with cement concrete block 1:2:4 of size 300x300x700mm at the distance of 2000mm centre to centre. All steel parts & fitments to be galvanized by hot dip process, all fittings to conform IS 1367 & IS 1364 Metal beam rail is to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of ISMC channel section 150x75x5mm, 330mm long with nut-blots and washers and all the nut-bolts are to be welded at site to prevent any theft. The rate further includes the cost of welding/fitting of all nut bolts and making of pits for providing C.C. blocks for vertical post, complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge as per MoRTH Specification clause 810.
